I’m not one to leave reviews but because of the principle I will be.
I ordered an amino acid and paid extra $15 for express shipping but when it had not arrived within 1-4 days I emailed them and Riley advised the particular grape flavour I ordered was on pre order and would be shipped a month later.
I kindly requested a refund on the express shipping as it still allowed me to choose the option of receiving it in 1-4 business days.
But was advised by the rep that this was a problem on my end due to not seeing the ‘pre order’ in small print and still allowing me to chose express shipping.
Instead of losing customers over $15 it would be better to refund it as I still had to wait 30 days to receive my order so no don’t pay for express shipping.

I usually don’t write a review but the customer service was perfect. I made a call about an order mistake which can happen time to time especially on big orders so I was not stressed about it, the lady on the call was very sweet and resolved it immediately. :)

I ordered some protein powder and it was delivered with a hole in the bag and some contents had spilled out. I let Supps know and immediately they apologised and arranged for a choice of replacement or credit. Service was exceptional.

Broken Seal, Was Told to Still Consume
Received item which had been tampered with, seal was broken - powder everywhere...informed Supps R Us, was told to still consume it - no regard for possible health implications.
Runs contrary to common sense health advice.
Unapologetic - would not even consider refunding.

Buyer beware, these guys refused to honour buy 2, get 1 free deal, you need to add the items to your cart on your own - or they will not accept your order, keep the "free" goods and send your full priced order to you - returns may be accepted....? All at your own costs. Bit of a scam really, watch yourselves.

Yes, you are correct, you did need to add ALL 3 items into your cart, and the system will make the 3rd item free. This was explained in the sale banner right in the middle of the front page on our website, you did not follow these instructions, therefore did not get the 3rd free item.
It is the customers responsibility to read the sale banner and the sale terms and conditions, you did neither of those.
Please see below the SRU Black Friday Sale terms and conditions:
"Supps R Us is running a limited-time sale in Late November 2023 (Black Friday). The Black Friday sale automatically applies a 100% discount to the lowest-priced eligible item at checkout if there are at least three eligible items in the cart. I ordered a tub of aminoes and due to an error, received a smaller tub. When I contacted the team at Supps R Us to explain this, I dealt with Riley who was incredible. FALSE ADVERTISING - They advertise a 10% Price Beat Request but rejected it because the competitor sold it for a ‘significantly lower price’
They advertised "Found a cheaper price on a competitor's website? We'll beat it by 10%". The product I was looking for was $79.90 and I found another Australian retailer selling the same product (same size and flavour) for $54.95 (not on sale). I submitted the beat the price request and they said they are "unable to match the price for the product in question because the price you provided is significantly lower than what we sell our products for". I also checked the T&C's and it only mentions that the request would be declined if the product was on sale, promotion, or clearance or if the competitor's website appears to be illegitimate.
They tried to justify this because it would cause too much of a loss to them. I can understand that but then they should put this in the T&C’s and advertise that and be upfront and honest.
