Send an e-mail on 28-7-2025 about swollen battery but got no response. Support page gives "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." Tried the normal email address but got no response.
My headlamp was quite expensive, and I find the lack of support inappropriate.
I had an issue with two lamphead having the same default after 2 trail running years.
I contacted the customer service by email, provided pictures, and the replacement products have been sent to me in a very short term to replace the damaged part for both lamps.
So, a very good service with a strong confidence.
Super-quick reply and problem solving from Suprabeam. My broken headlamp was out of warranty, but Suprabeam replaced it anyway!!! Just had to pay for the postage. I got an answer from customer support just a few minutes after I submitted my question. Great support and great products!
