Wrong products delivered and zero responsibility – Proceed with caution
I placed an order with Sureall Technology Limited for Explosion-Proof Linear Lighting fixtures. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I received items that completely solar/technical-wise differed from the specifications I ordered and paid for.
Explosion-proof lighting requires precise technical specifications and hazardous area certifications. Receiving incorrect items makes them completely unusable for our operational requirements.
I immediately contacted their customer support with photographic evidence of the wrong items received. However, their response was completely unhelpful, and they flatly refused to correct their mistake unless I paid additional costs.
Failing to verify hazardous area equipment before shipping and refusing to take responsibility for their own mistake is unacceptable. I strongly advise international buyers to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Sureall Technology Limited.
