Hello again David. We have now heard from our suppliers for Ensis in the UK. This is their response:
"The Ensis valve adaptors more often than not need sanding down in order to fit all wing/kite pumps. If it is not sanded off then the adaptor will not fit the pump. We do it on the adaptors so that they fit every pump. It’s a courtesy move to save you the bother."

Wing foiling instruction
I was completing on water instruction whichnis always weather dependant. Always received quick, clear and up to date communication. Upon arrival, staff are very welcoming. OTC provides a great location for all water facilities and training.

I was left feeling a tad disappointed
The purchase process and delivery was easy.
Due to the amount of impact damage and creases to the panels, I feel photographs and/or a more detailed description should have been given. I like the sail, but I have been left feeling some expensive repairs.maybe around the corner. Thus resulting in it becoming a false economy.
I have purchased much of.my kit secondhand, but this has been the first time I have been left thinking that the advert needed to be more detailed. Hopefully the sail tape reinforcement I have applied will lead to many years of trouble free sailing.
