I ordered two things back in February and never got them. I contacted them several times and they blamed it on the virus. They said I would get it soon though. I have not received a refund. I am trying to report this. DO NOT ORDER!

I'm in the same situation as Xiamara. I ordered t-shirt in January, 2 weeks later I received info that it isn't on the stock and they proposed me other t-shirt. I unerstand that due coronaviurs deliverys may have been delayed but when I asked them for money back they keep selling me out, saying the money's on the way as if they had cash by ship from Africa so long. After 2 months I still didn't receive nor tshirt nor my money. Avoid this company, I reported the case to the police in Hong-Kong

This website is run by scammers. I ordered something about a month ago and when I never received an email of when my stuff would be delivered, I emailed them. They responded and said the item was no longer in stock and that I can get store credit and buy something else. Every email I sent was with a different person so I would have to rewrite everything everytime I sent an email. I ordered something new and I’m in the same situation I was before, confirmation sent but no delivery email. It’s been about two weeks. They’ll say that they’re busy and then inform you that you can get store credit. I’ve just accepted that I was scammed and that I will not be seeing that money again. Do not use this website. They’re prices are too affordable for a reason. They are scammers.

If i can i Will not give This even Only one start... i order some dress, and been waiting for a month.. when i email the stuff and so easly they say they Dont have the dress (the one i order) my question is 1.why u sale something if u Dont have a stock, 2. Why u Dont tell me if u Dont have stock then im not gonna buy it or waiting till a month 3.why u let me waiting till a month just for nothing 4.why u not tell me before i ask u and been wait a month.... its not about money but about u poor stuff and doesnt care with u custamer... for u guys WHO buy something in This website i hope u Lucky and if u wanna buy something from This website make sure u been thingking about it thanks...

This is a dodgy website. I ordered clothes from there to later get an email saying its a 'high risky order' and that I need to prove my 'authenticity' by sending a picture of my credit card. This is extremely dodgy so I tried filling out a form to get refund as they have a 24 hour policy of getting fully refunded, it kept on denying me sending it through saying there was an issue with the verification code. It feels like this company is trying to prevent me from getting a refund. Overall don't order ANYTHING from this website.
