While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I agree 100% with the review calling…

I agree 100% with the review calling them a scam. Not that I would do that.

Trading & Records
I keep meticulous records of every trade, timestamp, and position.

I followed the zero‑DTE rule and closed all zero‑DTE positions before 4 PM.

Any positions held overnight had days to expiration — never zero‑DTE.

Based on my records, the violations they claimed never happened.

Contradictory Breach Claims
Surge claimed I “held zero‑DTE to the close.”

Surge also claimed I “held positions overnight.”

These two claims contradict each other — a position cannot be both zero‑DTE and held overnight.

No evidence was provided to support either claim.

Lack of Evidence
No timestamps, no trade logs, no screenshots, no audit trail.

No explanation of what rule was broken or when.

Timing
My account was breached shortly after I requested a payout.

Billing Inconsistencies
Stripe shows an active subscription with my card on file.

The Surge dashboard shows “no payment method on file” and “no invoices.”

This mismatch makes it impossible to cancel from their website.

Support Behavior
Support stopped responding when I asked for proof.

No accountability, no follow‑up, no explanation.

My Experience
I paid for a funded account.
I followed the rules.
I did not receive the payout I earned.
I did not receive evidence of any violation.

lies, deception and doesnt pay out

I reached out to them before I bought an account because I was curious. As I dug in more, I noticed their site showed a TrustPilot rating of 4.9/5 when it was 3.4/5 with 2 total reviews. Says they processed over 50M in payouts when the support agents confirmed that wasn't true. When I asked why I should I trust him and the company due to all the payout denials they have done, he said because they were "gambling" not "trading" which is not stated on their website and is super vague to begin with since trading is gambling. . He also said they do and are working on taking down anything negative on their company regarding their widespread payout denials (so 3.4 should be WAY lower), which I find very dishonest and scammy. Rude support, that will come up with any excuse to not pay you. Joaquin was the name.

Total scam

Close to payout, they tell me I’m ineligible due to “gambling” style trading

No explanation on their website what they consider gambling style trading.
