Outstanding customer service from Suri. My husband & I both bought Suri toothbrushes on recommendations from family - my husbands has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend. I have had an issue with mine holding charge, I got in touch with them and they came back to me within a day and had the whole matter solved in two days. The person I dealt with was super helpful, friendly and understanding and made the whole process really easy despite the fact I am travelling at the moment they still managed to help and sort it out. 10/10 for customer service!

The toothbrush is great except for a fatal design flaw: the charging point just stops working after a while.
When I was still under the warranty they sent a replacement but about six months later it happened again.
They need to fix it before it can be recommended

We had the doubtful delight of eating at Su-Ri (Suri) in Holbaek, Denmark.

First off, the food was quite good and we were given "complementary" hors d'oeuvres. No complaints there.

However, the service was appalling and the concept flawed. The menu was "short and sweet", but with no indication of what dish was starter, main or dessert other than the price. And the waiter was not in any mood to try to explain or understand, which led to some confusion on our order.

When we later tried to get some clarification from the waiter in regards to our order, we were simply met by a snobbish and derogatory attitude. And we even had to wait a while after that for the check.

We are used to fine dining, and we spend quite a pretty penny when we are out. But 90% of the experience is all about service. Bad service = Bad experience. This place left a sour taste that won't be bringing us back any time soon.
