SurveyOL is a newer survey platform, but they have all of the special features I require. And they have always been very prompt in responding to my questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent Customer Service
Had an issue with importing contact spreadsheet into an email collector. Contacted SurveyOL help. I knew I was doing something wrong but could not work out what. Helen had a look at what I was doing and explained where I was going wrong - not removing the hyperlinks in the spreadsheet, so she taught me how I should setup spreadsheets for importing. This is not the first time I contacted Help and each time they take time to explain what is going on and how I can correct it. Helen is remarkably quick in getting back to me and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this software based on my use and dealing with them.

SurveyOL highly recommended
I needed to conduct an online survey. I determined that Mechanical Turk was good for recruiting respondents but it did not have adequate survey features. I did an extensive search for survey tools. There are a number of well-known established survey platforms, but these are rather expensive and they didn't even have all of question formats I needed (e.g. randomized image A/B/C).
SurveyOL appears to be a relatively new entrant with a cloud-based subscription model and friendly pricing. So I tried it.
In my experience, the UI learning curve is gentle and it was very easy and intuitive to design my survey. It had all of the features I needed, with one exception. I contacted them about one additional question type I needed and it turned out to be on their product roadmap and it appeared in about a month.
Then, my respondents were able to respond to the survey without difficultly. It works seamlessly with MTurk through an external link. The only thing missing is an automatically generated unique identifier to link the survey result back to the MTurk payment system. But you can set up a workaround for this. The results are downloaded in spreadsheet form or other formats, which is just fine.
All in all, I highly recommend SurveyOL.
