I have an order for C-60 hemp that was placed on 10 August. On the website it showed that it was available. After not hearing from them for 4 days I went online to check my order and it was backlogged. I have tried emailing and calling with no answer from either. It is the 17th and still no refund from my request or shipment of my product. I would not trust this company although I had a good experience a long time ago. BTW the charge cleared my account on 12 August. They should not charge until they ship. They should just place a hold.

I heard about Zeolite and Ormus from a video on the GAIA Channel like four years ago. After diving into a month long rabbit hole I ended up ordering from Suspended Solutions. For quality, customer service (literally creating an email chain answering all my questions and being totally cool about it), and the amount of info on thier site. Since then I have reached out to SSCS a few times and they're always awesome. I had an issue once the bottle wouldn't close properly and they didn't even blink before confirming my address so they could send me a new one. They're just awesome, honestly, and I appreciate that they charge fair prices vs trending hype prices. I did a little research recently to make sure I was still ordering from the right place.. and it seems as though I am. Not sure how you can give a company a 3 Star rating for actually being great, or an D in the "fakespot" ratings just because they have almost 12K reveiws some of which were deemed "fake" but as I scrolled through them I didn't see the "tell tale" fake reviews.. Honestly, I'll keep using them and you more than likely won't regret giving them a try either.

I Had A Great Experience With Customer Service. Everything I Ordered came fast. I Look Forward too doing business again.
