This company's website is misleading and has charged my account without having the product available. I've tried several times to get in touch with them but they never respond to my emails or voicemails. Don't purchase from this vendor.

Monatomic gold not in label, instead other trace minerals listed. Requested clarification 4x & had to request Etsy's help for reply.

Seller: Per FDA rules, it can't be listed- it can't be tested for, so a COA can't be issued.

I read everything the FDA & DSHEA offer on supplements & directed seller to the info (DSHEA info not applicable; no ingredients listed new to market after 1994).

Seller: "Monoatomic Gold, white gold, & Ormus are used interchangeably...I have not used the term "white gold" on any of my listings or marketing. Maybe you're confusing me with another brand...No health claims are made...You are more than welcome to challenge this in court." (Seller marketed as ("monatomic gold") & ad stated "Aids in memory recall, mental clarity, & cognitive function") a "health claim".

Seller provided 6 bits of misinformation in personal messages, violated FDA guidelines in marketing both the structure and function of the product, and ultimately refused to answer if monatomic gold was an ingredient in their product marketed as monatomic gold.

The founder solicited me to speak in a promotional, marketing video because he wanted to talk about my "Thai" experiences for his products, when I told him that I practice Stone Medicine from a Daoist lineage and have a PhD in crystallography, although I had not even tried the ORMUS product yet. This company does not understand or honor cultural practices with minerals, lacks integrity, and is guided by entrepreneurial pursuits to push product sales onto people. The ORMUS product was average, and since then, I have found much higher value ORMUS with better taste and effects from a natural vortex in Hawaii. I do not recommend this company or products.
