Such an easy and straight forward process! I could pick it up after work and Lisa was kind enough to offer an exchange of size if needed if it didn’t fit before my event on the weekend. When I arrived to pick up my dress, the lady who greeted me at the door was the most kindest and lovely woman ever!!! Her customer service skills are a 10/10, also the set that i wore was in perfect condition still having the tags on it, already have recommend to all of my friends. THE BEST!!

Sustainably dress hire Is a hire company I would recommend to anyone. Affordable, EASY and hundreds of options. My first dress was gorgeous but just didn’t suit me at all, i usually would get super anxious about asking to exchange, but before I had even considered it. They had assured me if was not a problem made me feel so much better, it might seem small but honestly the customer service I received was so good I know I will be hiring from them again if not regularly.
