Blimey! That went well!
I'm a happy person today! New car, delivered on time, nice and clean and shiny!
Thanks to the team at Sutton Park Coventry Kia (that's you Jenny and driver Allan) for keeping me informed of progress and delivering new car just as expected.
Only thing missing are the floor mats, my bad but should have kept them from the old Kia. Doh!
Two weeks of zero communication
I left the car at the workshop two weeks ago. Since then, I have zero updates. Everyday, I have trying to get any information but the voicemail keeps coming up. The couple times someone replied, the information seemed to be the service was in process. Today, a guy who just “started today” said I need a new part. After, two weeks of zero communication that is what I get. Hopefully, he will call me back in an hour as he promised or I have two wait for two weeks just to order the part.

Just picked up our new Renault 5etec…
Just picked up our new Renault 5etec from Perry Barr Sutton Park Group and have to give a big thumbs up to Oliver Edwards who is great ,he is very helpfull and very informed about the cars he sells ,made the whole experience trouble free and we came away feeling like we got a great deal for a very nice car ,well done to all ,like to give a heads up to the manager as well , would recommend them all to perspective car buyers ,well done .
I would avoid Sutton Park Renault Warwick
My experience with Sutton Park Group was very disappointing, particularly in relation to how a serious safety issue was handled at Sutton Park Renault Warwick.
A new Renault 5 suffered repeated propulsion-loss failures within the first 1,500 miles, including an incident requiring police recovery. Despite two investigations, no root cause was identified and no corrective repair was completed after the second failure.
The matter was handled by a Senior Service Advisor, who advised that because the fault could not be replicated during short test drives, the vehicle was considered acceptable for continued use. I was told that no further action would be taken unless the fault occurred again.
This approach did not inspire confidence and did not adequately reflect the seriousness of a fault involving complete loss of propulsion. Communication prioritised process compliance over customer safety.
I would strongly encourage other customers to be cautious when dealing with intermittent or safety-critical faults, and to seek clear written assurances about how such issues will be handled before accepting a vehicle back.

Thank you Muhammad
I had the most amazing experience at Renault in Stourbridge when I went in looking for a car and the professionalism that Muhammad shown and the way he made me feel at ease and talked me through some many options to make sure that the car was right for me and my family was absolutely the best experience I've ever had.
I highly recommend that you visit this dealership in Stourbridge if you are looking for a new car.
Management need to acknowledge Muhammad with appreciation for being an outstanding member of staff and a credit to the Renault Group.
Warwick Dacia - Superb Sales Manager
Brought out Dacia Duster Dec 2024 - Believed it had the Zen warranty, as long as we adhered to the required Dacia service (which we did)
Failed MOT due to Turbo issue, Dacia Zen wouldn’t cover as warranty issue.
Sales Manager Gavin was amazing - Very empathetic, great communication & helped to find a solution for us - In the meantime providing us a courtesy car.
We are happy with the resolution Gavin found for us, and the service provided by him & his staff (Iffy & Danny)

Great Service
Renault - Warwick : would recommend dealing with Colin Easterbrook in Sales - very professional and courteous when ordering my Renault 5.
Very Poor Experience
I am so disappointed and annoyed at the dreadful lack of service and inept attitudes from this garage that I am in the process of cancelling the service plan I have with them. Checked in online and this proved a waste of time. Requested work completely missed which means although I gave up a morning to get things done they all still need doing ( not at Sutton Kia I assure you)
The salesman I approached at the start of my visit was unenthusiastic and disinterested. I asked him for a part ex value on my car but even though the car was out the back bein serviced and I was at the garage for 2 hours he didn’t get back to me ,
I have since phone,d to complain, heard lots of sorties, but, surprise surprise , no one has come back to mr. Steer clear

Our advice is to avoid Sutton Park Group
Our experience has been that Sutton Park Group are an awful company who take no responsibility for the cars they sell and don’t care about their customers. Their communication is extremely poor and the work they carry out is shoddy.
We have just had our Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act refunded and have had our malfunctioning new Dacia Duster Mk3 1.2 expression taken off our hands. This was no thanks to the dealership, Sutton Park Motors in Perry Bar, who would not acknowledge that there were any problems with the media system or driving assistance aids and dragged their feet in undertaking any investigation. After months of waiting for a diagnostic test the Service Manager led us to believe the car had been extensively road tested “for several hours on multiple days in various places” yet it had travelled no more than 4 miles over the two weeks they’d had it in the workshop. We tried to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act which the Operations Manager dismissed without even having the courtesy to review the recorded evidence we had sent them in multiple videos & photos. We then had a test drive with their Master Technician who admitted it was only the third Duster he had been in! – he observed the vehicle malfunctioning, yet Sutton Park motors still claimed the vehicle was operating within “expected parameters”. They never provided a written test report and failed to keep us updated on their investigations. Once Sutton Park Group were advised that we were making a section 75 claim they disengaged completely and said they would wait for the credit card company to get in touch. Our experience with Sutton Park Motors is that they are not trustworthy and certainly not customer focussed. Even their Group Managing Director has not had the courtesy to acknowledge or respond to our last email advising them we had been refunded by the credit card company.
We'd previously had a Mk2 Duster for over 5 years. We were delighted and thought it was excellent value for money. However, the system malfunctions we experienced with the Mk3 in our opinion made it unsafe. We know Dacia is a value brand, but their vehicles still need to work reliably!

Danger !!
Brought our son his first car from Kia April 2025. Took out a 1 year insurance as the car was 10 years old.
Nothing but trouble with the service manager, booked in my sons car as it was not always going into second gear , causing real concern for a new driver pulling out onto a major road, and not been able to change gear !!
They had the car from 08.30am, we called at 4.00pm to be told it was ready. When we arrived they refused to give us a breakdown of what they had done that day, claiming they had driven it around the block, and it was fine! The point was it does not always happen , but when it does it is life threatening....
Wow, can it really be that bad ..

Dacia Car Showroom, Norton Rd., Stourbridge
We attended Dacia Norton Rd Garage Stourbridge and had a great customer experience with Sales Executive Samuel Page.
Sam arranged for us to test drive a Dacia Sandero which confirmed that this is the next car for us.
We may hold on a purchase for a few months to see how the new model compares with the current car, we will return to you soon for our next car.

Excellent service provided by Marshall
Excellent service provided by Marshall, he was very informative, knowledgeable and very helpful after I left the dealership and had a few queries with my new Sportage vehicle.
After visting a few dealerships before visiting Kia Sutton, I can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with Marshall. Kia Sutton Marshall is an asset to your business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to purchase a new vehicle from you 😊
Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. I've been trying to arrange a replacement Radio/AVN unit and Brett just doesn't respond to my emails. Been going on for over a year. Hopefully voicing my concerns on here might make someone take notice??? Kia customer services helped approve the replacement request but then passed me back to the dealership and now my emails are being ignored again. When i've phoned in the past i'm fobbed off and get told i'll get a call back which never happens.

Useless, dangerous, be very careful.
Useless. I’ve left these reviews, Time and again, after endless “mishaps” (I use the term lightly since I’m not allowed to swear). I don’t even know where to begin with this garage but their own staff members have nothing good to say about it. I had my car two years ago now and there have been nothing but problems every time I’ve taken it in. Last time, I took it in for an unrelated issue they sent it out with a broken handbrake. Yes, it was completely broken, no resistance, car was rolling.. they sent it out this way for me to drive. It was taken back in. They had my car for roughly 3 weeks, kept fobbing me off. My dog was extremely poorly at the time and had to be rushed in to the vets via taxi because I had no car, I almost lost him.
The service managers all end up leaving. They’ve had two leave since I’ve been going there in the last 2 years. It went in for MOT last week to fail on - guess what?! THE HANDBRAKE. Needs a replacement handbrake cable which was supposedly replaced by them last September!!! So they collected my car, yesterday, I was told it would be back yesterday afternoon. Lo and behold I received a call to say I wouldn’t be getting my car back that day (should’ve put money on that really), but it wasn’t their fault of course, they had ordered a cable and received the wrong one. It’s never their fault though, I’ve noticed this. It wasn’t their fault they sent me out with no handbrake last time either apparently, even though the handbrake was fine when I took it in! I wonder what they’ll damage this time around?
So I’ve been told they’re getting another cable and it could arrive as late as 2pm today and they’ll let me know when it’s been done, but apparently can’t guarantee it will be back today!! They know I’m unwell and that my mother is unwell. I’ve told them I cannot be without a car. They are absolutely awful.
If you can possibly avoid it, I would give these a miss entirely. The Burton garage is as bad. They’re all cowboys. Last year when I was waiting around the showroom for two hours, having been told my car was ready to collect, yet was somewhere on some farm being stored (and one of them had to go and collect it…) I had the opportunity to speak to another of their disgruntled customers, who was also waiting for his car and had exactly the same opinion. They had missed something very dangerous on his car also, he actually had the wheel come loose as he was driving as they hadn’t tightened it properly. It’s unbelievable. They honestly need investigating and I think this should be the next step.

Personal Items Missing From My Vehicle After Service
Left my Sportage for it's 2nd service and upon collection found that personal items are missing from the vehicle. Raised the issue immediately upon realising before leaving the garage and once home, after fully searching the vehicle I found that 2 more items were also missing... These I had placed in a bag, underneath other bags in the boot of the vehicle, simply because I'd realised that they were loose in the boot. Again reported to the Service manager via email.
Left for them to investigate and a contact from Group Operations has called me to effectively wash their hands of it. 'We haven't done what you claim, so we won't be going any further with it.'
Police are now involved.
I can't recommend anyone take their vehicle here for any kind of work. As I now can't trust that the work they say has been done really has due to this experience.
