Sv3c used to have excellent Support .....but

I have had a few cctv Cameras from this company over the years, and the Support was very good, always helpful. The last one I bought only lasted 3 months. I got in touch, and they asked for a Video. How you can make a Video of something not working ........... so I took a Video of the Camera not working and sent it to them......Silence......wrote a couple of times....still silence. I used to recommend them.....not any more.....
