As always perfect and professional handling. The DHL rates towards Spain are very good. Paid the tripple amount at other providers.

Generally speaking I consider SVB a good supplier

I have purchased a lot of items for my boat from SVB and have had good success and mostly good results when there is an issue. My situation is that I am local so (except during COVID) I could pick up the items at their store. However over the last year I have ordered and had delivered a number of items and have very few issues. One time they forgot to put one item in the box and it was handled well and they even allowed me to pick it up at their warehouse which was closed to the public due to COVID restrictions.

On a 140€ order to Colombia the delivery costs are 95€ :(.

I called and asked if there is a cheaper offer, that was declined.
At charging my card I found out the package was so heavy because they added two (2) catalogs to it what I never agreed on. They will go to trash anyway.

Very bad after service!!!! Bought a new ball valve in January, mounted it in March and the vessel was in the water in April. In the same month there was a little water leakage through the ball valve. I took the phone to call SVB and asked for a new ball valve under guarantee. They couldn't promise me a new one. From April 2019 until December I was mailing with SVB butt still no new ball valve. So i will never buy anything anymore with SVB!

Terrible customer service. Placed an order in May. All items were in stock when I placed my order but I am still fighting with them to get the delivery of items. They are now telling me the mooring lines I ordered in May and already paid for will be in stock end of August.

They take over a month to start completing my order, by then my credit card expired. I receive a mail that was completely unclear that there was actually a problem with my card (was mentioned somewhere between text saying my order is getting sent??). I call them and get the most unfriendly support agent treating me like a criminal. I wired over the money, just to be sure, but haven't heard back from them since 3 days now....

The worst internet shop I've ever dealt with. I bought a plotter which I sent back because it did not work as promised. Since then, a whole year, they have just lied and done nothing. Last, they promised me the money back, it is at least 3 months ago. Nothing happened
