Such a brilliant company. They were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. It was ‘proper’ customer service from start to finish. Steve, who laid our Amtico floor is a true craftsman. He knows his craft inside out! I can’t recommend this company highly enough… we’re getting them back soon to do the stairs in our house!
Love this shop. The selection is huge and service always on point. I bought all my downstairs Amtico from them and I am thrilled with the outcome. After seeing some of my friends Amtico floors that were laid by builders I am so glad we didn’t go down that route. The level of finish so much more superior from a specialist. Always got my carpets from Swaffields so have all my family. Why would you go anywhere else. The company has been trading for 90 years which means they are doing something right clearly.
Total lack of customer service. Not interested. Have used Swaffield in the past and they were very good, however my experience, or lack of it, this time, I would call unacceptable. They obviously don't need the business.
We’ve used Swaffield Brothers since1980 and we wouldn’t use anyone else as they do a great job. The fitters are flexible and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. They have fitted carpets throughout two of our homes including a difficult sweeping Georgian staircase and the finished job was excellent. They have a wide range of carpets and they are happy for you to take away samples. George and Kelly have good knowledge about their range of carpets in terms of footfall/wear and tear and scotch-guard stain prevention. So we will definitely use Swaffield brothers again when we need to replace our carpets. Linda & Lewis
Shop is incredibly well stocked with an excellent range. Kelly was very knowledgeable and patient - we went in to borrow samples several times over before making a decision. Once purchased, carpet was stored for moths whilst we renovated our house a room at a time. Fitting times were flexible (thank you for your calmness & patience when I changed dates on an almost daily basis!) and the fitters always polite, efficient & respectful. They did an excellent job & we are delighted with our carpets. We would definitely recommend & will be returning in the future for Amtico.
Kelly and her fitting team are very recommended. From our initial enquiry to completion - and it was a very big project - Kelly was helpful and very knowledgeable. First class service.
