Extremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told to collect my online order from their Swatch shop in Al Wahda Mall and given a time. When I arrived, the staff had no idea about my order or the watch I purchased. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially as it was an urgent gift. Very frustrating experience

False picture and advertising photo

My Husband purchased the swatch GE713 for me as an Easton wear holiday watch. What I thought I was getting was a pink/pale blue watch, with pale blue fading to white strap. What I got was a pure white watch and strap. If you look at the strap under a magnifying glass you can see the tiniest hint of pale blue but mostly white.
Now I wouldn’t mind but the stock swatch picture used to advertise this watch is a pink and blue face and a blue fading to white strap. This watch does not match the photo used in any way shape or form, but swatch say the face shows pink and blue through the glass in certain lights. But no mention of the strap.

I find this does go against the trade description act for a false representation of the product.

I then get told if you’re not happy then return it. So they get away with false advertising.

Bad quality, cheap, never again

I understand that swatches are cheaper Swiss watches and that you get what you pay for but there is a limit. I spent 24 pounds (!) on a replacement strap for my Sistem 51 watch. It came with a plastic buckle! Not even the cheap strap you get with the watch originally (which started to smell horribly after only a month or so of daily wear) came with a plastic buckle. I am gobsmacked at the not-so-cheap price and the terrible quality. It's just shocking.

Great Oxford St store assistance

Valter in the Oxford Street store was incredibly helpful when we visited on a hectic day in half term. Took time and care helping us choose a replacement strap for my daughter’s swatch. Nothing was too much trouble, looking in the stock room for more options and he even polished out the scratches on the watch face without us asking. Really great experience- thanks!

I bought a watch for my wife

I bought a watch for my wife. Unfortunately the strap did detoriate quickly due to some fading print. Raised it in the shop at the airport where it was bought. He could not do anything with it. However contacting the service desk, they wanted me to send the watch for inspection. Eventually, my wife received a replacement in a different colour without the fading strap. Excellent service from the team.

Swatch’s after-sales service in Saudi…

Swatch’s after-sales service in Saudi Arabia only covers battery, strap, and polishing—no repairs or full maintenance available. Disappointed that there’s no proper support or alternatives for loyal customers. Swatch should expand its service options in big market like KSA!!!.

Rubbish quality, broken strap yet again

Just had to leave a review. This is the 3rd issue I've had with a Swatch watch in 2 years. Second time the strap has broken. Surely one should expect a strap for a watch that is only used intermittently to last more than a year. DON'T buy !

Birmingham Bull Ring Store

I visited Birmingham Bull Ring store today to buy a replacement strap for my husband's IronyXLite watch. Lauryn the assistant was helpful and polite, but she had to sort through a few plastic boxes to find a strap to fit the watch. Eventually she found a suitable strap and fitted it to the watch. Good customer service.

Swatch shop Meadowhall Sheffield
My wife and I were looked after by a sales associate called David. He was very helpful and assisted my wife in returning a watch that she had bought by mistake as she had the same one at home.
I got a watch myself and he was very patient in allowing me to look at and try on different designs and comparing them side by side.
Lots of different models to choose from and well laid out shop with helpful staff.

Worst e-commerce experience ever - 5 weeks and counting.

Messed up my order, can only communicate via email which is so far about every 4 days between responses. You ring their customer phone number - press 3 - as instructed for customer service - and nothing happens. I waited 2 minutes and nothing happened. Tried it again to make sure I didn't do something wrong. But it does the same thing. Out of nowhere they sent UPS to my house without explanation. UPS showed up and said we're here to pick up a package. I said I didn't know what they're talking about. Emailed Swatch they eventually replied saying I should have expected this. There was no previous communication that I should have expected UPS to show up and request to take a package. They said a line in their email that said "...please also retain all packaging and materials from this shipment" I was supposed to infer from that that UPS would knock on my door. What an awful experience. **EDIT** Now almost at one month - still getting "we are investigating" - nonsense. They messed up my order, what is there to investigate? 5 weeks and counting.

Ironically, they have no respect for your time.

I've not been a customer (and now never will be), but attended an interview for a sales position, and the way we were dealt with was laughable.

I was invited to an interview on the 18th of August. Arrived a few minutes early, and was told to sit and wait, before finally getting called into a small staff room about 10 minutes late - followed by a few other people.

Surprise! Turns out it was a group job interview. The manager opened the interview with "We don't like to tell you that it's a group interview because it puts people off, we just wanted to surprise you on the day." They clearly know it was a wrong move. Illegal? No. Immoral and annoying? Yes.

We were just asked to go around in a circle and talk about our experiences. There was 1 man there who was continuously asked follow up questions and had a good rapport from the start - myself and the other girl weren't asked as much and didn't get the chance to prove ourselves like we could have in a 1-on-1 setting.

We were told they'd like to get someone into the job ASAP, in around 2 weeks. I left it that amount of time before emailing to follow up - turns out the manager had decided to the annual leave and we couldn't find anything out until she was back.

It was only today (10/09/2025) that I got the news I was unsuccessful as I didn't have the right experience. Luckily, I've since interviewed for a company that respects my time and offered me the role the day after, but I do find it odd that I was too inexperienced, when the manager spent a lot of time going on about how experience can be taught, what they were looking at more than anything was enthusiasm.

Scummy company.

I have been trying to get a new strap…

I have been trying to get a new strap for my vintage swatch watch since November that is over 25 years old
Romolo and Chandon were very helpful and sourced a new green strap and cleaned the watch so it so it looks good as new.
They replaced batteries in my other watch and checked my new automatic swatch I recently purchased in Canada
Very friendly excellent customer service. Thank - you very happy customer

Swatch Not Reliable

I have more than 20 Swatch watches but recently I have found them to be less than reliable ( second hand fell off ). I was told - “we can’t fix it and it’s only guaranteed for 2 years “- tough luck . The quality is not as it was in the past .
Look around and see that Swatches have been replaced by Apple and Galaxy watches - they last longer than 2 years .
Quality and reliability were once a hallmark of this brand - no longer !

They don't care about their customers

Purchased a strap for the moonswatch online. I returned it for an exchange in size, but they denied my exchange because I forgot to to include a small tool in the package that came with it. Now the time frame has passed, and they will not honor an exchange because of their stringent policy. The customer service doesn't care about their customers. They lost a loyal swatch customer and I highly discourage any of their online offerings.
