FlikFlak order amendments

Just ordered FlikFlak magical for child birthday. I submitted order and I needed to make an amendment to the child's name. I immediately contacted their customer service by email, got Standard reply saying will be in touch . Left it until next morning and rang them to be told too late. Apparently once you press order that's it. I wanted to remove surname only. Be aware that there is no 14 day return on these products. I certainly will not use them again. Most unhelpful service.

Be warned

Be warned. Swatch is a company which sells a product which they have deliberately manufactured so as not to be serviceable or repairable, and then they do not advise their customers of the fact. All Swatch watches are sealed at manufacturing stage to prevent any repairers. Once Swatch have your money they do not want to help in any way. A disgraceful company.

WORST customer service.

I bought 2 watches for my husband for Christmas because I didn’t know which one he wanted and sent them back right after he opened them to return so that he could get a different swatch. They returned one but said the other one was used and sent pictures of the watch face being completely scratched all over and the band showing wear. I told them there was no way as he had just opened it and I immediately sent it back. They basically told me I was lying and that their quality control doesn’t make mistakes. The WORST customer service and we are out $100. NEVER order a watch from them. Crooks!!!

Swatch Watch - NEVER buy

Worst service! After telling my wife about Swatch for a long time, she surprised me with 2 Swatch watches for Christmas 2024. Unfortunately, the model I wanted one of the watches so we returned them and requested a refund for one and replace of the other to the style I wanted.
Swatch denied our return. They sent pictures of a watch that looked like it had been run over by a car. It WAS NOT the watch we sent back. They would not listen or help. The head of customer service in the USA was awful, rude and accused of lying.
NEVER buy Swatch!!

A joke of a company

There is no way this is still a Swiss owned company. The Swiss are known for quality and expediency. I cannot believe that this company is still run based on those principles. I purchased a small women's watch in August 2024. Within a week or two the piece no longer kept time. I reached out to the company for a return because I have like 0 faith in a repair/return for a watch that broke so quickly. First annoyance - they don't accept returns if you have worn the watch. Like, what. None, at all?? Then, their "warranty" is beyond a ridiculous process. I am a digital nomad so doing anything by mail is laborious. To even begin the process you are required to provide them with a mailing address. Even though - lo and behold - the next step in the process is YOU having to PRINT and SHIP a form to them to request the beginnings of a warranty with them. Only upon inspection and qualification can you then maybe get a replacement or a repair. Let's see how many more months it takes for me to get this done before chapter 3 in this saga.

swatch online delivery option for…

swatch online delivery option for overnight delivery for $10 extra is fake. i ordered on the 23rd and expected to receive on the 24th with the overnight charge fee but instead got delivery scheduled for the 27th. swatch was not able to deliver as promised. They also failed to address my second email in response to their first email. Totally ignored the customer's complaint. Customer service is poor. fedex was willing to refund the $10 but unfortunately it was swatch in house fedex delivery so they cant refund me and I have to go through swatch. this recent purchase was supposed to be a christmas gift which did not come in time. such a disapointment especially their unwillingness to refund $10 for overnight shipping that didnt happen. poor response time. poor refund policy.

Poor build quality

Plastic front instead of glass is a poor substitute, loud ticking noise and poor build quality of my bio ceramic watch.
The strap is falling apart ( only a year old ) even though it's not my everyday watch I wear it a few times a week.

Customer service at its best

From the moment I stepped into the shop in Liverpool I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome

I came in to buy a watch and I was attended by Polly Anna who was 1st class in her appearance and knowledge
This isn’t my first time here and I have to say this was the best yet

Great service and quick standard…

Great service and quick standard delivery. I bought a present for my uncle around peak Christmas time. It said it could take up to 10 working days, but it only took 4! And there were regular delivery updates accessible online.

Horrendous experience

Travelled all the way from Manchester to be spoken to horribly by staff. Rude staff who didn’t want to be there and couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Especially the manager of the store. A disgrace!!!

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with the buckle on a swatch I had received as a gift. emailed customer srvice on a Sunday, got a response within the hour, sent a replacement part without any fuss or quibbling the next day. obviously not ideal that the part broke but thought the response was excellent

Ignored by staff in Covent Garden Store

I went to the Covent Garden store on 22/11/24 at about 3.45 pm. My mother, who uses a wheelchair was with me and the shop has a step. The security guard looked up from his phone and didn't offer to help us in.

The two staff at the counter were watching things on their phones and gossipping and did not acknowledge us. It was clear we were talking about buying a Moonswatch, but they weren't interested in providing good customer service. They were rude to another potential customer looking at the Mission to Earthphase watch in the window, just saying to him 'It's released tomorrow, you'll have to come back then'. Hopefully he didn't

We decided to leave and again the security guard did not offer to help me with my mother's wheelchair.

Black Friday is coming up, I'll buy a different watch from a different company

Easily damaged

My first swatch clock is a bit of a disappointment, I am wearing it now for 5 weeks and it looks like its 6 years old. So damaged. Even though I don't do any hand labour or anything that could damage it. Would not recommend buying it.

Great Service from Swatch Meadowhall, Sheffield

I bought a Swatch Watch from East Midlands Airport on the way to Spain on the 8th November 24 When I opened it, it didn’t work. I couldn’t do anything about it as I had already boarded the plane when I found out. I took the watch to Swatch at Meadowhall on Tuesday the 12, not really expecting them to be able to help. The 2 girls were amazing & without question replaced it. We will definitely be back!! I love their quirky designs & I have 4 up to now. I also found out Swatch stood for 2nd Watch. I love my trivia.
