Jus DON'T oder anything online...

Just joining the reviewers with bad experience... I had the same awful experience. I had received a watch that was too big and sent it back UNWORN in its original packaging and in perfect condition. I kept following up on the return status for about a month and I either did not get a response or was promised that it was being processed after some system update. Today I received an email that the watch shows signs of wear. Which probably happened while they were handling the watch because I shipped it back with the protective film on the watch face. DO NOT order anything from them online. Go to the store if there is one near you.

Battersea London store rude staff

Queued to see if they had any moon phase swatches not hoping for much. But as I entered the shop (about 3rd in line) the staff were so horrible and rude! Abrupt and no device. I wanted a moonphase for my dad or even a Neptune but they didn’t even give me chance to ask for the Neptune as they were so rude and ignored me.

Will not be returning. So different to the Amsterdam and carnaby street stores.

Swatch, so out the battersea shop the staff are rude!

The worst experience I could ever had…

The worst experience I could ever had with the e shop in Greece and the customer care stuff. Rude bad services and never resolving issues cause by them , usually I do not review badly but I wasn’t expecting such a bad service from a big company like Swatch ! Avoid buying anything for swatch Greece!

Cant get through to any of your stores…

Cant get through to any of your stores via the website number. Terrible customer service at Trafford Centre pop up store. Only customers in the store. 3 security guards and 2 staff on. Staff chatting at computer in corner stood patiently behind them to ask question. Do you have snoopy moonswatch? Tall, fairhaired chap with glasses gave one word answers "no". Do you know if you will be getting any in? "No" do you know if another stores stock them "no".....I have invested in 3 moonswatches but this has really put me off the swatch brand. Dissapointed.

Stop the flippers

I don't live near a store and a trip to London is costly and time consuming.
So having tried several times to obtain a moonswatch and over the last 3 weeks a snoopy, I give in. Today visited 2 stores and rang 2 others - even though what's the point as they won't reserve anyway.
You need to make these available online and stop people buying them at £270 and flipping them for more than twice that.

The store experience at Swatch Covent Garden was awful. The staff are inatentive and more interested in talking to themselves, Customers in the store were being ignored and if you do dare to ask them a question, you are treated with utter contempt and honestly just plain rudeness.
(A smile and kindness would go a long way to people who have travelled far - but that's not what you get here!)
Swatch head office I hope you read this - and you should be ashamed how a high profile site like this makes their customers feel - honestly disgusted and will not be going back again. Definitely damaging the Swatch brand - beware any potential shoppers.

I would have given no stars

I would have given no stars, if I could. They don’t answer emails, they don’t acknowledge a package that was returned to them, total waste of money and time!! I don’t care anymore how beautiful their watches look in the ads, they are very mid irl and feel trashy and cheap! Gonna be gshock exclusive from this point on!

Can't buy Omega/Swatch

I was looking to buy an Omega/Swatch, but it's impossible unless you visit a store.
An absolute joke in this century and not how busy people operate.
The phone numbers for stores don't work, so you can't even speak to anyone. Thanks, I guess I need to spend my money elsewhere!!

Warning- The 14 day return policy is a fantasy- doesn’t allow you to try on the watch, you have to keep watch in new condition in box and ready for resale- which I learned after having the watch for 4 days and trying to return. Be real guys, there’s no return policy- leave the store and try it on- you’re done!!! And nope- no explanation on strict guidelines at time of purchase. Need to research all that swatch owns now so that I can purchase competitor products so that there’s a cost to baiting…..

I have just had my watch serviced with Swatch UK. They were very helpful and sent the collection pack very quickly, although the service itself took quite a long time.

Awful store staff

Awful awful staff in a nice store. We were the only customers in the store and I asked one of the two staff to try on a watch. They were busy chatting to eachother and ignored me even though I was standing two feet away. Eventually Mark reluctantly and without any words handed me the watch I had asked for, it wasn’t for me so I asked to try on a different version of the same one. He told me I was only allowed to try on one watch, then went back to chatting to his equally rude colleague. We left immediately, Mark is terrible for the Swatch brand, I’ve been buying Swatch watches for 30 years and was really sad to have such a bad experience with a brand I was fond of.

Swatch Pay huge disappointment

I had Swatch watches for the past 20 years and I never had anything negative to say about this company, but my recent experience leaves me speechless and I will never buy anything from Swatch again.

I bought a Swatch Pay watch. Before purchasing it, I made sure to check that my credit card was supported. According to the official website it is. Once I received it, I found out that the list is not accurate. My credit card is not supported.

I reached out to support only to have this confirmed. They didn't offer any solution and basically just dropped out of the conversation. Furthermore, the list of supported cards was never updated. They don't seem to care. I had really hoped they would offer a solution and maybe talk to the credit card issuer (which lists a large number of supported cards - so why not support the card that I have, and that is listed on the website!!!), but nothing happened. I have missed the deadline to return the watch and I really regret not just having returned it after finding out the list is wrong.

This leaves an incredibly bad impression. I am not disappointed by the product or that a mistake happened, but I am disappointed that the company doesn't take responsibility. They simply don't seem to care and continue to mislead people with their wrong list. Honestly, I haven't had a worse customer support experience before.

5* customer service at the Covent…

5* customer service at the Covent Garden store. My Moonswatch had stopped, therefore I stopped by to have the battery replaced. Was met by Dani who did so and found the watch was actually faulty. She replaced for a brand new watch without hesitation. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Chatted for 10 min about a shared passion for watches.. A credit to the company

Swatch international customer care

I had an issue with my swatch watch, which was 14 years old. The issue was solved in the best way possible by a wonderful Swatch employee (Danke, Chantal), who works at the Swatch international customer care Section, who went up and beyond to solve my issue in the best way and fastest manner possible. Chantal definitely deserves a payraise. Never ever before, have I experienced such effort, kindness, understanding and support from a customer care service employee. Big thumbs up for Chantal and Swatch for everything. :)

Very Poor From Swatch!

Have always had excellent customer service from swatch and good, long lasting watches….Up until I went to a swatch pay watch.

The videos and literature sell the watch as a great bit of kit; what it doesn’t make clear in the UK you need a 3rd party online bank called curve to process your transactions and divert to your main account on the majority of banks and building societies; as SwatchPAY! isn’t universally recognised!

It’s also not made clear you only have a limit of £300 watch transactions with curve. Suddenly it stops working and after a lot of investigating and head scratching curve tell you this is correct; you then need a physical curve card to reset the account, make one chip and pin transaction into a physical machine to restart the watch.

All well and good but I’ve asked 4 times now for a card from curve and haven’t received one. Card costs £5.99 and transaction won’t go through. Curve blame my building society, they blame curve. Just going round in circles.

I’ve given up now. I’m left with a swatch watch not fit for purpose. Complete waste of time. My main gripe is how swatch sell and market these watches. In the Uk it’s not straightforward as they make out and not worth the hastle. Very misleading and poor! Back to an Apple Watch for me!
