Absolutely horrible service. I made an order of swimsuits two months prior to a beach vacation that I was taking. After 3 weeks I tried to contact them to make sure I would receive this order in time. After trying 3 times to get an answer I finally received an e-mail stating that my order was on the way, one week prior to my vacation and 7 weeks after ordering. Needless to say it didn't get here in time. On arrival two of the swimsuits didn't fit while two did. I decided to go ahead and keep the ones that did and then started a horrific and ongoing process of trying to return the other two. I have been e-mailing them (the only way that you can make contact) over 3 months and they have still not helped me. They keep asking for pictures and than had the audacity to ask for photos of my wearing the unsatisfactory products! I'm so fed up and cannot get anywhere with them. They even have a Satisfaction Guaranteed label on their website, REALLY!! It is now going on 5 1/2 months of trying to get this taken care of. Have no idea what to do now except to get the word out about how absolutely appalling and dreadful my experience has been with them.

I am only giving this company 1 star because I had to! I have been dealing with this "company" for 2 months now trying to return 2 of the 4 swimsuits I ordered. They started with a $3 refund, and as of today they are now offering me $21 but still have NOT giving me an address to return to after NUMEROUS attempts to have them get me the address. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and made a complaint with Paypal, which is who I luckily paid through. Because of my complaint to Paypal, they did offer me a full refund, which I am happy about. I just hope that the BBB actually does something about this company. I do NOT believe that they are a US based business, I believe they are located in China just by the communication back and forth, broken English and the fact that they only reply to my emails in the very early hours in the morning. I wish I had done my research on this company before I had ordered these. All of the reviews I have read are spot on! They are all what I experienced also.

Such gorgeous suits and models and backgrounds and YOU GOT ME GOOD. I was really rooting for a good experience with these folks, but I'm still swimsuit shopping.

I received my suit, and while the material was good quality, there's not a lot of it, especially in the bottoms.

And mercy, Lord help you if you need to return or exchange, because unless you order the correct size according to their measurements, you now own the suit and can do whatever you want with it EXCEPT exchange it.

Also important to note that customer service is quite different in China. There's a $35-40 price to return it or you can receive a $3 voucher for your trouble. I, too, was told to just give my suit to a friend.

Hopefully a smarter shopper than myself will hop on here and make a better choice!

Do NOT order from this company - they will not honor their return policy and refund your purchase if you are dissatisfied. TOTAL SCAM!

Horrible customer service. I ordered my suits over three months ago and it took them about a month and a half to even process my order only to email me and tel me that the suit I had chosen was out of stock! Then after ordering a replacement they just told me now that it is out of stock again. I don't give reviews ever but this was such an exceptionally bad experience I would highly recommend to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

This company has horrible customer service. I tried to return an item that simply did not fit and they would not allow the refund despite their policy online. They are rude and very difficult to work with. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I ordered swimsuits, it took months for them to arrive. The fit was not right for my body type and when I tried to return the produce (which they say you can do on their website) they said that because there was no damage to the bathing suits and because they were in good condition I had to ship them to China and it would cost about fifty dollars!!! They then suggested that I give the bathing suits to a friend! Do not purchase from this company!!

ZERO stars. Worst experience ever from an online retailer. Finally after hounding them about a shipping confirmation for over two weeks i filed a claim with PayPal. Then suddenly I get an email. I told them I wanted to return the suits. Wouldn’t return that email either. After about two months exchanging emails i was offered a $3 refund for my $85 purchase and it was suggested that I donate the suits to charity. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SCAM

Still waitng for my order, no tracking webpage, bad company

I ordered two items one month ago and have had no tracking info. No replies to several emails! The comany is a fraud. I will open a file with the credit card company and bank to get a refund. So disappointed!

Ordered from them in early May and haven't received any products! They are a scam. When I tried messaging them on FB they wrote me back and said that they were going to send my product in 3--5 days..... they said that 5 times.

I ordered from them following an ad on Instagram- they are a fraudulent company don’t reply to emails and no items received so have escalated to a claim on PayPal. Do not use

Ordered some items on May 27th and since then no updates or replies to inquiries on the order. The order confirmation number doesn't work to check the status on their website either. Believe it's a scam site!

Saw them on instagram and paid via PayPal so have since escalated to get this transaction reverse.

Since escalation they emailed me and I received two items. One item is nothing like what the online photo is so now they're giving me a hard time to return then item. HORRIBLE site!!!
