I bought a camera for webstreaming. Over $800.00 and Could not get the camera to do any basic functioning nor did it communicate with my Mac. It came with customer swrvice. Over 15 hrs on hold and left messages to call back and never recieved a call back

Custom guitar purchase and build
Jason helped me a lot with my custom guitar build. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, which were many, at different points in the build. He helped me make any changes as necessary with the pickups, Plek etc., and was very patient and courteous with me. Couldn't be happier with my new axe!

Larry Ivy helped me out with getting info on two guitars that I was looking at. An American Performer Tele, and a Squire CV Custom Tele. I went with the CV Custom, and was surprised that the guitar looked and played even better than I hoped it would.

Addendum: They also sent me a foot pedal and the thing that holds the music on the keyboard (which I'm using for my tablet). Everything works fine but I use an external metronome because the internal on the keyboard is hard to cut off when recording.

Cello came completely broken then they promised 2 day delivery after that 2 days after it was supposed be here we found out it wasn’t even shipped yet so they lied and because of this I’ve missed 3 weeks of orchestra

Bought easy drummer 3 three weeks ago . Had latency problems . Cant talk to a real tec person because I'm on hold for 30 min over several calls . Still haven't found help .pay 190$ and nothing. I’ll upgrade my review once this issue has been fixed. Maybe.

The trumpet was supposed to be new. It did not come with gloves or a manual. The trumpet was 500 dollars. The 96 dollar one on Amazon looked better on the inside. I’m so disappointed.John said it would be brand new. The only thing better was the case.

BEWARE OF DISPLAY MODELS SOLD WITHOUT CONSENT!
I hadn't dealt with Sweetwater in over 20 years. I thought their level of service was still good, but I was wrong. First thing is I spent over $800 on two guitars. I know it's not 2k but it still a lot. I bought $379 Ibanez SR300E and a $499 Sire U7 Marcus Miller. They refused to do their so call 55 point inspection on the Ibanez because it wasn't over $399...wtf? $20 away and wouldn't do it. The strings were so loose when it arrived in an extremely banged up and ripped box, thanks to FedEx. I now believe the Sire was a display model and they didn't mention that. It's probably the only reason they check it all. They sent owners manual which was the display red flag..they can't find it probably. They sent no manufactures warranty info, just a B.S. sweet water 2 year coverage which is odd. I'm calling Sire tomorrow. They tried to tell me that companies are no longer providing that stuff cause it's online, another wtf moment. Ibanez, which had never been opened, had a full manual and warrantee info. I let them know about the Fedex damage and they didn't seem to care. Kept asking if it was damage...I reminded dude that internal electronics damaged is not visible external and may not show up until later..hince why I attempted to give them a heads up. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM SWEETWATER...and I suggest other musicians stay away from these lazy bums.

Sweetwater never fails to impress
This company has continued to impress for the past 6 years since I began buying from them. I bought a $4000 Roland Fantom-8 with stand, pedals, professional headphones, and other accessories. A month later they ran a special bundle where I could have gotten most of my items for cheaper (slightly less quality items in their bundle). I reached out just to inquire if there was anything that could be done. They refunded my accessories and even paid for a Roland brand stand instead of the cheaper off-brand that came in their bundle. I was very shocked.
Support on their website is amazing as well as their product reviews. Very impressive company with competitive pricing. Customer oriented. Great experiences.
