This is the 2nd time I've used Swell Pets to buy my dog food, and I wouldn't go elsewhere now. Order one day, email confirmation same day, despatch confirmed & delivery (if not w/end) the next day 😀
On opening delivery this time I noticed the package had been dropped, no fault of Swell Pets, I called customer services & Immediately was offered a refund for the packs unusable, perfect. However when completely opened the damage was more than I had thought, only 3/18 packs ok. Called Swell Pets again.......charming again, and a free replacement was on its way.! 10/10 😄

This was the best price on the internet for natures diet dog food in bulk. There was an issue with some of these getting damaged in transit but these were replaced quickly with no questions asked.

We bought the small dag cage and were very pleased with it and also the bone lights for our dogs collar both excellent products.

I have used Swell Pets several times now and the service is very good. Due to manufacturing difficulties I have had problems with a couple of Orders but Swell Pets have always responded quickly with free replacements. I cannot fault the service or the prices.

Arrived in good time and with excellent info as to delivery date and time. Pity the box was damaged, so two meals were open. Didn't send any comment to Swell Pets as contents were ok, and I didn't feel it was worth the effort. Would like stronger packaging in future though.

I ordered a dog cage and received the order within 4 working days. I was kept informed by e mail through each stage of the process from order to receipt. A very good service - thank you. I will use this supplier in the future.

Every order that has been placed by me from this company has had damage to the packs inside the box. Out of 52 packs of dog food, 10 were open

My order delivered next day and a replacement also dispatched super fast, but the first item had creatures in it ( brown weevils/ beetles?) and arrived in a damaged box. The replacement also arrived very quickly, but again the box and contents looked li,e very old stock that had been lying around for a long time and stored in below optimum conditions

I ordered my pet food for the first time with this company and was surprised to find they were so very helpful and caring. They contacted me after I placed my order, to say they had run out of the smaller pack I asked for, but they would send at no extra cost, a larger pack so I did not run out of pet food. What a nice surprise, to find such a thoughtful company.
This was so unexpected of a company in this day and age.

I placed order with another company but after 1 week of waiting and running out of dog food, I called Swell Pets and received delivery next day. Their customer advisors are very friendly and I will highly recommend them.

I have used Swellpets for over 2 years and have never had any issues with their products or service. Ordering is a breeze, delivery is as advertised, why would I want to shop around. when a supplier "does what it says on the tin"
