Ordered beard growth direct and from Amazon, both times they never arrived.
First occasion I left some digits from my postcode but they didn’t contact me and then blamed me when I contacted them asking where it was, even after the change it still didn’t arrive after another week.

Second time I ordered via Amazon thinking it would come direct from Amazon, it didn’t. Order was processed by them again and after nearly two weeks after Amazon highlighted it was late I requested a refund.
Someone from Sweyn Forkbeard simply told me to be patient whilst they contacted their delivery partner. I had to chase yet again to which they just bluntly told me they refunded the money.

Customer service are awful and are were really shirty like it was my fault they fluffed the orders and I was bothering them, I get the impression it was the same person.

If you ever want to experience a professional haircut from a true master, stop by and see Omed! What a gentleman, one of the best experiences I’ve had in 13 different countries.

I purchased CUT THROAT RAZOR three months ago. I received it in no time but dull like a river stone. I tried to contact the store twice, unfortunately, without any response. As they claim their razors are sharp enough, they lie, nothing more nothing less.

UPDATE as an answer:
The store has spoken, however, not truth. The razor is unable to use even with the strongest pressure a man can achieve. It does not shave/cut a single body hair at all. When a local craftsman saw the blade he just said that it is not straight but bowed and therefore cannot properly be sharpened. I really doubt it would be possible to reclaim the order. What a disappointment! No more trust.

We moved here from the US in late 2019 and had been looking for a company that sold shave soap here in the UK. My husband and I found this company at the market on Brick Lane in early 2020 and have been purchasing shave soap products with them ever since! We love the scents, the quality, and the closeness of the shave we both get. As a woman, I use it to shave my legs and it works so well for that, just as my husband is satisfied with the moisturising aspects of his face shave.
The owner, Greg, also recently honoured a promo offer for me that I only missed by two days so I greatly appreciate the company having great products and providing wonderful customer service!

Update: I have just been accused by the retailer of writing a false review, stating I wanted to advertise another brand. I am a genuine customer with a genuine complaint. I have removed the other brand from the review below since it caused such disdain and I shall be writing a formal letter of complaint and filing a small claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I bought the SF3 silver safety razor a few months ago for my partner's birthday, along with some other accessories. Spent around £80 all in. Sadly after just a dozen or so uses the screw fixing on the base plate has snapped off. I took photos and emailed them to the company, fully expecting that they would exchange the product after such a short time - after all, these are supposedly quality products - however they refused, saying 'they don't offer lifetime guarantees' (3 months hardly a lifetime!) and that this part is the flimsiest bit and could easily have been broken by being forced or a fall. My partner hasn't even changed the blade and is far more careful with his belongings than I am! They offered me a 15% discount which I shan't be taking up - I've had a different brand safety razor myself for a couple of years and it's sat on the edge of the bath and fallen off/been dropped countless times, with many a blade change - it is still in perfect condition. I shall be buying the other half one of those instead!

Just received and used their shaving cream. It’s made from real soap, not synthetic. Applied just a little to my brush and got a good lather up. Then onto a very smooth and easy shave. Mango and papaya also smells spot on for.

Great products and the folks deliver! They may be a long way from Vancouver island but the delivery credit makes it seem like they are next door and I will be letting my friends know how great the products are and their company! Sincerest respect !

Ordered the straight razor from sweyn forkbeard, the razor itself looks really well made and it was a dream to use. Going to order some beard oil but cant decide on the smells.

I’m a barber and I love using Sweyn Forkbeard. Apart from the smart and classy look, all their products are great. Even the customer service has been phenomenal. I ordered their gorgeous matte black full shave kit and there was a slight chip in the bowl (never happens this one just fell through the cracks) and without question they sent me a replacement immediately. This is the kind of company you want to be promoting and working with. Great stuff guys ! Thanks so much. Tanya x

Finally received my package after several emails. Disappointed about the respons from the seller. He was not so friendly.
Still happy with the products.
Maybe better next time....

Bought their shaving cream a few times. Delivery is always quick and well packaged. But their creams is what gives them the stars.
Using a shaving brush, I am able to whip up a really thick lather (think yogurt consistency) that gives a really smooth and comfortable shave that results in my skin feeling soft and slick. The scents are great too. My favourite has to be the vanilla and tobacco. Its subtle on the tobacco but I love the vanilla smell I can get from it. Will be trying other scents once my current creams are used up
