I used Swift London Removal for a 2 bedroom move into a 3 bedroom house within London. They did the packing, move and unpacking. David was communicative before the move, which helped to make the move less stressful. On the day, John and two other moves came on time at 8am with a Luton Van, parked and started packing. We had underestimated how much there was to move and in the end, they had to do two trips. They were professional and calm about the change of plan, and optimised as much as they could the packing, moving and unpacking. I particularly loved that they used plastic boxes for their packing service, which meant we didn't have to buy boxes, keep them for ages in the house, then throw them away - they just came two days later to pick them up. Was nice, handy and ecological! The move ultimately ended up taking 11h and I barely saw them take a break. We've unpack most of it and we haven't found anything broken or scratched up. Ultimately, they were still cheaper than most other quotes we've got. So all in all, very happy with them!

Don’t use this company - kosta moves
I booked this company via compare the man and van. The company also goes by the name is Kosta Moves.
They were booked from 10am till 1pm for a driver and helper as I’am heavily pregnant. They came 20mins early and moved at very slow pace and changed me an extra £90 (£30 per 30mins) I already paid £200 for the service. I could have used another company.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad manners and communication was bad plus they work very slow and you will pay the price for that.

Had a really bad experience with this company, they have no manners, charged me £30 extra because they came to my house 20 minutes early on there own behalf, what a total rip off..
