The broker was knowledgeable and efficient.
However, it would have been good to have had the retail fee explained and the annual payment of the broker’s commission over the three years of the contract.

He assisted me in finding the best deal, and I’m currently waiting for the supply switch, which I’ve been confirmed will occur within a 28-day period—so it should happen any day now.

As a small business, we are incredibly busy and don’t have the time for phone calls to facilitate this process, so I truly appreciated that Liam could manage everything via email. There have been no hiccups so far.
