I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the support team at Swim&Fun, thanks in large part to an outstanding individual named Nam Nguyen. When our pool heater unexpectedly stopped working, causing a bit of a headache, I decided to reach out to Swim&Fun via email, hoping for some guidance.

From the very first communication, Nam was incredibly responsive and efficient. He quickly understood the gist of the problem and, after just a couple of clarifying messages exchanged, he truly zeroed in on what was needed. What he sent back was nothing short of brilliant: a comprehensive and remarkably detailed solution tailored specifically to our issue.

My poolheater stopt working. Problem with the flow switch. Could not solve it myself and contacted Swim&Fun and explained the problem. Within 16 hrs I received reply from S&W/Mr. Nam Nguyen with detailed advise, including pictures, how to fault find and solve the problem. I followed this and within 30 minutes I got the poolheater working again. Thanks to Swim&Fun/Mr. Nam Nguyen. Earlier this year I encountered a WiFi connection problem with the heater and he helped me solving this as well. Great to know there are companies who take customer after sales serve seriously. Thank you.

I have been desperately trying to get hold of swim and fun, our pump has stopped and we think we need a new one! Please can someone help please. You go on the site and you cannot buy anything, it just gives a pdf for instruction manual.
We absolutely love our set up but are desperate to replace the pump.

great customer service. We bought a robot vacuum cleaner for our swimming pool via Frank.nl and even though we did not buy the vacuum cleaner directly from Swim & Fun, they handled my complaint perfectly. I can really recommend this company to everyone and will certainly buy other items for the swimming pool here.

I had problem with one spare part and customer service was amazing! They helped to find wholesale contact, arranged transportation to foreign country and afterwards made sure, that I had received it. 10/10 just excellent customer service.

Swim and Fun Pool heat pump 1401 with inverter function. After less than two month the heater come up with failure code EE01. The manual says, high pressure switch wiring or replace faulty high pressure switch.
Contacted Swim and Funs customer support for help. But still after 4 days no answer or contact with support.

I had a recurrent 2nd failure on my pool-robot. After some communication, received under warranty a new motor-unit, installed it and works great again. Very good support!

Excellent support in handling my ticket.
Pump failure. After some pictures and additional information I revived a replacement pump.
