Contradictory information
The fishery rules on swimbooker do not match those on the fishery website, for example the website makes no mention of house pellets only yet after you’ve paid and booked through the fishery website and then downloaded the swimbooker app’ that’s when the app tells you it’s fishery pellets only. Trying to get a refund will prove difficult

Easy to use but spammy follow up emails after joining
Easy to book a peg at a local venue but then as soon as I joined the 'spammy' stuff started & I don't mean the chubb bait type, it was 'free 7 day account upgrade' I didn't want or need or even request, shortly followed by 'have you got everything you need' with links to various companies, again not requested & given the fact I had to specify lake, date, times, peg number, angler details, rods etc I'd you would rightfully assume I did have everything I need & even if by some miracle I didn't have there's none of those companies could get me anything to my door quick enough or cheaper than go outdoors because of postage costs, it's a handy tool to book a peg on a lake but that's all I want it to do

The manl met was polite
The manl met was polite, showed me where to go and what I had to do and let me get on with it.
The venue is clean and tidy with good toilets and a little kitche
The fish good ( lake 1). So a very pleasant day’s fishing.

Getting on with the app
Not to much info to get on top of you, keeping things as simple n straightforward makes it a lot easier to navigate the app, for any of us over 45yr using fones n apps to book or buy products can be stressful n we come fishing to get away from stress!

As we turned up we was met with a friendly welcome and checked in. The beliff then asked about how we was fishing etc and recommended a good spot to catch.
Sure enough 2 carps later! Great day there and clean, tidy and good facilities to top this experience off.
