Haven’t received my order yet
I ordered on the 19th March ( nearly 3 weeks ago) and still haven’t received my order or an update via email as to whether it has been shipped! So can’t say whether it’s any good or not

Swimpath are absolultly fabulous!
Swimpath will always go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the absolute best service. They are super knowledgeable about many product ranges whether they stock them or not. I have used them for years for my sons and daughter and cannot recommend any other retailer more. Our club has recently started using them for our club kit and they have been fabulous and supportive throughout the whole process. The whole team are absolutely brilliant!

Poor Customer service
We purchased a pair of racing shorts at a meet on Sunday which ripped at the chord when diving in within 30 mins of having them however swimPath is refusing to replace them as apparently my son must have tightened them up incorrectly and ripped the fabric! we have never had this issue before with previous racing shorts.
The product they sold us was faulty and not fit for purpose however the owner of swim path was just unhelpful and rude.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a product from this company, and when an issue arose and I tried to return it, the process was incredibly frustrating. They kept insisting the fault was mine, not the product's. After a lot of back-and-forth, I finally got a refund, but I’m still out of pocket because I had to cover the return postage.
The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. They argued with me instead of addressing the issue professionally.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company and purchasing from other, more reliable places.

Kye was amazing, always great to chat to and is always happy to help, I was able to change my order with ease as my daughter changed her mind on colours before the order arrived. Products are great and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
