Some good, some not so good
Have been fine when ordering individual items - some issues with quality but they have corrected them. Problems came when our club set up a club shop with them. They agreed to provide certain items for the club but then at Christmas weren’t able to provide a full range as they had overstretched. Emailed to voice displeasure at this and was ignored. Their stuff is expensive and when paying a premium you expect good service. I would think twice about setting up a club shop with them as whilst they seem popular they are not equipped to deal with the customers they currently have.
