Please don't do it. Please I'm begging you.

They will take advantage and word things with trickery, you'll understand different to what they "mean". They will say just right to protect themselves but mislead you.

I'm absolutely devastated right now. I can't stop crying.

They wouldn't even help me with my course or get back to me. Just happily took money weekly. Only after months when I cut it off did I suddenly get bombarded with communication.

They are full of snakes and a scam. Because of their lack of help I had to exit the course, I never even got to do 1 second of anything.

Now they say to leave debt collectors are chasing me at Christmas time and I have to pay $1300...and for what? When I begged for help they never did. It's just throwing away money and now I don't know how to afford Christmas for my kids. I'm a single mum whose trying so hard. Bawling my eyes out as I type this in distress. This is a nightmare and I wish someone wrote something like this in advance to caution others and protect them. Please please you don't want to feel how I do right now. They are thieves, manipulators and monsters.
I kind of want to die. I really didn't know thus risk. They guy made it sound like I could expect 0 back pay if quoting not have to pay 50%.

They are dangerous, cold, cruel and heart less. Please stay away from them. I'm so heart broken. This was meant to be the first Christmas I could afford for my kids and theyve stolen it with their lies and deceptions.

I tried to enroll in October of 2021. The process took 1.5 months, then when I finally got into my subjects, I found my student email inbox swamped with messages from my teachers asking why I hadn't done anything. I had somehow been enrolled half way through subjects. I had to be withdrawn from everything and wait for 2022.

2022, I enrolled again. But it was still a painfully difficult process. Their website isn't clear and easy to use at all. I needed help, but their IT help team was slow and didn't help much. By the time I was enrolled, I had had enough. I never wanted to have anything to do with Swinburne again. I submitted a withdrawal application.

September 2022, I withdrew too late. I had been ignoring emails from Swinburne about fees because I had already withdrawn. I honestly have no idea how a withdrawal application doesn't cover every single subject of a whole course. It makes no sense to me. I think it's reasonable to assume that if you fill out a withdrawal form, it means withdrawing from the whole course, not just 2 subjects. Nobody bothered to tell me that it was only going to withdraw me from a couple of subjects. I am still in the process of sending and receiving emails to try to fix this complete mess.

Avoid Swinburne. I've studied at other tafes, and universities. I have never seen such a mess of a help desk/enrolment system/withdrawal system. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Awesome. It took me a while to finish up, but I highly recommend their online learning platforms. Their teachers are supportive and the content is varied. Thanks for helping me get my degree!
