Worst customer service ever

I had placed an order for a Casio Watch on Swiss Time House website on 15th Dec, 2025. When I checked the status on 17th Dec, 2025, it was showing that the product has been returned to the shipper on 17th Dec itself without leaving the origin city (ULOOR SERVICE CENTRE). I tried contacted them on WhatsApp, email and phone on 18th Dec, 2025 and they told me that it will be shipped again to me in 24 Hrs but it didn't happen. After a lot of follow-up then sent me a new tracking number on 23rd Dec, 2025. It waited for 2 days and checked the status on BlueDart website it is showing the same status that - Pickup employee is out to pickup the shipment. There has been no change in 3 days. I tried calling the BlueDart customer care and when I entered the Waybill number through IVR it gave a message that the Waybill number does not exist. Now I am in a situation where after paying in advance, I neither have the watch nor they are cancelling the order. I have been bought multiple watches from them in last 2 years but this time I have faced the worst experience as a customer. Their service is getting poorer day by day.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Swiss Time House after purchasing a Tissot watch worth ₹50,000. Their website clearly stated a 7-day return and exchange policy, which was the only reason I felt comfortable making such a large purchase.

However, once the watch was delivered, their team outright refused to accept a return or even an exchange, completely ignoring the policy that was clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Their customer service is slow, dismissive, and unhelpful, offering no proper resolution or accountability.

This feels like a complete scam — lure customers in with false promises and then deny any responsibility once the payment is done.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Swiss Time House. If you value your money, peace of mind, and basic customer service, look elsewhere. This brand does not deserve your trust.

I am in the process of filing formal complaints with:

Consumer Court (India)
Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI)
Department of Consumer Affairs
This experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Do NOT buy from them.

Unfair 2% Deduction by Swiss Time House on Canceled Order - Watch out!

I recently had a terrible experience with Swiss Time House India. I ordered a Tissot PRX watch worth ₹31,500 (Order ID: GVMOZOQIV) and canceled it within an hour of placing the order. Despite this, they deducted 2% (₹630) from my refund, claiming it’s a “payment gateway fee” as per their cancellation policy.

The worst part? Their cancellation policy is buried in fine print on their website, so you’d have no idea about this sneaky deduction until it happens. I’ve read other complaints about similar issues with them, where customers had to send countless emails and even involve consumer courts just to get their money back. I have already contacted the consumer court with a complaint!

It’s not about the ₹630; it’s about the principle. If they pull this on bigger purchases, it could mean a massive amount of money for literally no service. Has anyone else faced this? What actions did you take?
