From the start they have impressed.
I ordered from their website a home hub and their little switch as a package. Ordering was straightforward and simple. Delivery was quick.

I needed a solution to help with an older boiler that needed resetting and a landlord that refused to do anything about it.

The switchbot filled the need perfectly.
It attached easily and securely and I setup a schedule to reset the boiler every hour. In addition I connected the system to Google home, so I could activate the switch using a voice command.

Everything worked perfectly pretty much all the time. Occasionally I would have to reset the switch but the was due to the network/Google home sometimes getting confused.

I've used their switchbot for the last year or two.

I would absolutely use their products again.
Many of their products bridge the gap between existing (legacy) things and smart infrastructure (like Google home, Alexa, etc).

I have bought 4 items (3 CO2 monitors and a fan) from them through Amazon. Everything is working great. They easily connected to Home Assistant via Bluetooth and I can use them in automations. Have not had any issues with their products.

Switchbot Led bulb smart - It is a really good light, I have had no problems with it. Really love the music feature and the difference color options

Roller Shade: I bought it after wanting a smart blind/shade for a few years, and I wanted one from a company that was compatible with my other smart home tech! So as soon as switchbot announced theirs, I ordered one! After a long lead time (hence 4*) I finally received it. I love having it as I have set it up to come up at sunrise and down on sun set. Very useful as well when combined with the hub so I can control it with Alexa or Google. Better yet, I never have to charge it as I have the connected solar panel charger!

Bought the switchbot remote which is very helpful for older members of the family who cannot use voice activated controls to open the curtains powered by switchbot. Has made it very easy for them with a press of a button.

High quality products made by someone who actually use smart home devices themselves. Very well designed and I especially love that they can be locally integrated and controlled with Home Assistant.

Great products overall, the home hub to was able to do IR temperature in humidity sensors all-in-one in addition to bringing the curtains into HomeKit, which is mainly why I bought it so far no issues and seems to be working great without any connectivity the losses

They have a broad variety of "smart home" devices, starting with a "remote finger" and ending with a top class cleaning robot. There is still some things missing, but they come up at least once a year with new stuff (my personal perception). Most devices are matter compatible.
Of course, sometimes there is trouble or a problem with the devices. However the support is fast, friendly and quite effektive. If the support people stall, they don't hesitate and get in touch with the developers to get things back on track.
All-in-all I don't want to miss these guys and their gadgets anymore. I am very satisfied.

Ordered some time ago, got nothing but the paypal confirmation. No delivery until now, no mail, and the delivery date was some days ago.

Purchased the Switchbot curtain 3 rod variant a few months ago and have it set up to open and close a hard to reach curtain on sunrise and sunset.
It's been a godsend. It's reliable, quiet enough that it's not a distraction and generally just makes life easier.

I have every type of IoT device in my house that you can think of and I always could do with more. Having a Sight Impairment makes everyday tasks that little harder. SwitchBot make small, efficient and good looking devices for all those tasks around the home. When I need to replace a sensor, switch or other IoT device SwitchBot will be my choice. Why?
Their design is well thought out. Take the water sensor, which is an excellent price, it doesn't need a hub, is very fast at reacting, has a good battery life, integrates well with Home Assistant, and has lovely little design features such as different sensor positions that change the way the device detects the presence of water. The water sensor can work to detect water or detect when it is dry. This is a great feature for monitoring water levels. All very well thought out functions.
This design approach is applied throughout their range. I use the SwitchBot "finger switch" around the house for those switches that are not suitable for inline relays. They are easy to apply with the super strong adhesive pads and can be adapted for different button types. I usually have issues with sticky pads not being strong enough but they have all held tight so far. It will work with just Bluetooth or a hub or Home Assistant. They are very reliable and allow me to control devices that would normally be very hard for me to access. By using voice commands I can turn on and off my computer, the air-conditioning, and the immersion heater with out fumbling around and pressing the wrong buttons. My partner feels safer that I can do these simple tasks myself now.
There are many IoT companies these days and it's hard to stick out but SwitchBot do have an extensive range that will cover everything from vacuuming, curtain and blind control, switches and relays, sensors and locks, lights, everything pretty much. So with my knowledge now, I would recommend SwitchBot and indeed I do.

I’ve a couple of product of SwitchBot. My curtains close and open depending on the sunset en rise. The purifying table has a handy wireless charger and the smart integrations for their fan a fantastic.

I love the smart products. They work reliable and are very cost efficient. The smart lock is just great. Haven’t needed a key to my house since I have the lock. The Finger Print Sensor is the most reliable I’ve experienced.
In case of problems or other issues the support team responds quickly and is very helpful.
The App is well structured and the connection to Alexa rounds up the Smart Home feeling.

I've always found Switch it products to be very reliable and reasonably priced. If there is ever a problem Switchbot are in hand to give any advice, although with the time difference it can take a couple of days.
I have a blind tilt fitted in the kitchen which is set via routines to open at sunrise and close at sunset, it very rarely fails to work when it should.

I also have 2 door contacts, again I have found these to be very reliable.

I’ve been using the SwitchBot Lock with the Touch Keypad and overall it’s an excellent product. The lock system works smoothly and reliably, and the keypad responds quickly — very convenient for everyday use. However, the outside Touch Keypad could be better secured. Right now, it attaches to the wall but can be easily pulled off by kids or anyone passing by. It would be more secure if it had a solid wall installation with screws or a mounting bracket that’s harder to remove. I plan to add the new Matter-compatible SwitchBot Hub Mini soon to connect more devices like my air conditioner into the smart home ecosystem. Great product with just a bit of room for improvement in outdoor durability.

Support is also great, and replaced one of my switchbot curtains when it had trouble pulling a curtain.

I have bought a lot of curtains (both the older and newer gen) and contact sensors, and both products work great and integrate perfectly with home assistant through the built-in bluetooth proxy functionality, no hub needed.
