I have purchased from this company many times over the last few years and cannot rate them highly enough. They have always went out of their way to help me with any parts and queries I have had on caravans. Even when I'm not sure what the part is I need or what is causing the problem, they are able to assist in explaining how to fix it and what I need. Top class service!

According to their website they GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY if ordered by 15:30 and charge you £12.00 for doing so. (which is the minimum charge)
I ordered a part at 13:00 so in plenty of time.
Item did not arrive on the follwing day, after speaking with the owner I was told they were busy and that it would be delivered Saturday, but it never arrived! He was very rude and obnoxious and came across with a didn't care attitude.
So I am still waiting for my part, maybe one day soon.
I would advise anyone to not order from this company.

Ive never left a poor review but this place deserves it. I ordered near £100 worth of water pump that was shipped to me with ZERO packing, Just a very weighty pump and a thin cardboard box placed into a plastic shipping bag, no bubble wrap no tape on a box that had obviously sat around for a while because the glue on the box had detreated, this would have been obvious to the person packing the order, no care taken at all for the pump to arrive in good condition, as i picked up the bag the pump fell out (nothing to hold it in) it broke the plastic bag and smashed on the floor. I called I sent pictures and they refused to acknowledge that PACKING is their responsibility!!! I had to order a replacement from Ebay "JACKSON LEISURE" arrived next day wrapped in bubble wrap and my water was pumping again regardless of this company's extreme could care less -we had your money the shipper collected "NOT MY PROBLEM" (this was the boss)

If the item was packed properly it wouldn't have happened.
MY ADVICE: DON'T TAKE THE RISK:

This company has DONT CARE WONT CARE & CANT MAKE ME ATTITUDE.

The person I spoke with on the 2 occasions I phoned was blunt and quite frankly rude. I have never been spoken to by a ‘company’ the way I was spoken here. The man who clearly was one of the owners was obnoxious and that’s being polite.
I will not be calling here again.

excellent service, ordered the wrong size vent gave correct dimensions next day new one arrived superb well done.

Having looked everywhere for my cooler part. Swordcrown were not only able to describe it exactly, they were the only people who actually had the part, great price, exceptional customer service & super fast delivery! Totally recommend & will be heading straight to them in future... Amazing!

Company is useless they don't even know the law regarding postage, Won't refund anything STAY CLEAR!!!!
