I know the Sybir.com domain was bought by a cyber security company. So it different from the reviews. I have done a POV with them and I must admit they have set up the infrastructure to protect my business.

As of this date the Sybir website is still down. They're gone after scamming possibly scores of people. I knew this was coming. I hope the Attorney General's office in Sacramento can track these crooks down before they set up another scam somewhere else. They had two scams going - one in California and the other in Las Vegas. They stole $14,000.00 from me. If anyone else was scammed by these criminals please post here so that I can see it along with everyone else. I learned a valuable lesson from this: NEVER wire money to a company or individuals that you don't know...

Latest update on my issues with Sybir as of 4/19/2017
Sybir website is down - perhaps they have stolen all they can steal and now they're skipping town. The refuse to reply to the BBB in Sacramento, they refuse to answer to the Attorney General's Office in Sacramento. Regardless of what these crooks post here, please be very careful in dealing with these people. The positive reviews you see on Trustpilot from various "people" are contrived and generated by Sybir. If they have not skipped town and you feel you want to take a chance with them, please use a credit card where your refund is guaranteed when they do not send you merchandise for your purchase. Under no circumstances send these people wired funds. I'm warning you, you will never see you money again and you will not get any merchandise. These people are scammers and no telling how many people they have ripped off. I pray they will be shut down and arrested for criminal theft.

Latest update on the Sybir Scam. I have turned them over to the Attorney General in Sacramento, California with all email correspondence and printed backup I have in my files since Sybir stole my wired funds. These people are crooks - no matter what you read in these reviews, trust me when I tell you that these people are criminals. I would urge anyone out there with a similar complain against these crooks to write to : Xavier Becerra/Attorney General, Public Inquiry Unit, P.O. Box 944255, Sacramento, California 94244-2550 I am hopeful that their investigation against Sybir will result in the return of my $13,125.00 that Sybir owes me for a watch I ordered that they never sent. They will not communicate with me and I cannot imagine that they have a legal department because certainly a legal division would tell them that they cannot keep people's money when they haven't sent the watch I ordered. DO NOT WIRE THESE PEOPLE MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you do, you likely will never get it back and you have no protection for the funds. If you feel you must do business with them use PAYPAL, or some credit card where you can get the money back when Sybir screws you - and they will. Disregard any positive comments against SYBIR that you see in this post as they are likely phony. Also, for anyone else who has been screwed by Sybir, please also turn them over to the BBB. It's all we can try to do to stop their corruption. Trustpilot will not allow me to put my contact details here or I would so that people could call me and learn that I am legitimate. I now have to hire an attorney to sue these criminals to get my money back. Please be careful and disregard any comments that Sybir posts regarding this rating. They are liars and thieves.

My order arrived today as described.

My purchase was perfectly fine. received my product, and pretty much on time. It took about almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I am not exactly sure where these people are coming from reviewing Sybir so negatively, but hopefully my review counts for something.

It seems like some of the reviews here are too personal and we are only getting one side of the story. I vote that Sybir is 100% legit!

Website has been down for over a month now. I am getting no response from the SYBIR SCAMMERS. If I was in America I would turn up to their registered address. Larry I need to get in contact with you

I've ordered 5 watches from this company and agreed with thier senior sales assistant I would pay for 2 watches at a time which was agreed. I wired them $32,500.00 and have not been sent any watch. I then received a email to say that I had to pay for all 5 watches or they would not send any watch to which I did not agree. My order was then cancelled and I was told I would get full refund once the had received the watches back which they never sent me in first place. Then a week later I received email to say that the senior sales assistant was no longer at the company my order had been reinstated because they cancel or reinstate orders as they please and that I have to pay for all 5 watches or they would only refund half my money due to restocking fees. It clearly states on there website that the are no restocking fees. This company is a fraud and are taking people's money and then making any excuse to keep the money. Before sending them any money contact me first and I will send you all communication between us.

At no point have I asked for any watches that I have not paid for. I have paid for 2watches from the order and have not received them. The simple facts are that you have $32,500.00 of my money. I do not have any watch. Are you saying this is not true?

Chatted on line with this company and decided to place order for a new Rolex
They promised 7 to 10 days delivery although stated it could take up to 28 days, they sent me tracking info saying shipping label printed, 2 days before the 28 delivery period I had still no contact from them,I left 15 phone messages and they never called me back, sent countless emails and no reply, they did answer my online chats thru their website and told me there was a fraud alert on my account. Completely untrue, then they told me it was shipped, completely untrue. These people don't know how to tell the truth and are a con. Do not deal with this company. I have been waiting 2 months for my refund. They just fabricate excuses and to this day I don't have my watch or my refund. I have been conned. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.

Wait 28+ days. I cancelled my order. No bueno.

I was in the market for a rolex and have been searching google for days to find the right price. I came across sybir.com and I must say i was very nervous as I usually am purchasing online from new companies. They offer a 60 day money back return policy which is unheard of. It made me feel more confident in placing the order. I finally made my purchase and I was extremely happy and impressed with their service. The watch was authentic and brand new as they described. I would recommend anyone to purchase from them without hesitation. Cheers!
