Do not recommend I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for my order that I was told would take no longer than 6 days, Syed keeps blowing smoke at me telling me in a few days it’ll go out, absolutely ridiculous I wanted the items for before Christmas to sell but instead I’m still waiting for it really so not recommend yes he has offered me £50 store voucher but obviously I’m never going to use them again

Very bad customer service, the support speaks badly to you and does not answer, it ships the package 3 weeks later, no excuses, I received my packages the most with stains and holes

I have dealt with this company for around 2 years. I have found that if you communicate what you want and read the description properly they are fair and decent value. Any issues are swiftly resolved and I would recommend

fter using Syed for over a year now, my latest purchase was a very poor experience.

Having ordered a Ralph Lauren Quarter Zip bale with an estimated delivery time of two weeks. I would receive the bale after 5 weeks of waiting, this was an unacceptable time for me to have my money tied to a product which I didn't know would arrive. Once it did arrive over 50% of the order was not what was promised including kids sizes, bleached sweatshirts and the incorrect style of sweatshirts.

Although annoyed, I attempted to call to stop the delivery of the second bale with no answer to over 10 calls. I contacted Syed through social media to make a return on items that weren't what was promised to be told I would have to pay for return postage.

Thank fully I have been refunded but the whole customer experience from start to finish was very poor and not what I would have expected based off my other interactions with the company.

I have tried a lot of wholesalers with mixed feelings but i have finaly found a supplier that sells excellent items at amazing prices.
Syed Vintage customer service is top rated. They are easy to contact and always get back quickly with a perfect resolution.
My small business will benefit from what Syed has to offer and i will continue using them as my number 1 vintage clothing supplier.

Hello, I came here to share my experience with this company.
I was very disappointed with the material I received.
As you must calculate for those who have a business to manage it is not easy even more when we are disappointed by the work, time and money lost.
In my order it was Christmas sweaters and as a surprise I only received winter sweaters.
As you can understand, it's the same thing as you buy a Ferrari and after 4 weeks you receive another car.
I ask how serious your attitude is to your frustration.
I was very disappointed with my purchase it does not match what I bought.

First off, my packed was delivered 2 and a half month after i ordered. (Vintage sweatshirt and levis bale). Only the sweatshirts arrived, and half of them are with lots of stains, and the other half is unsellable, like a “coolest mom in the world” sweatshirt and a bunch of other shït

Bought a box of 30 items as described vintage knitted grade A items.

They arrived, only to find 7 items have shrunk, one with hole and another with stains all over them.

Contacted them, the reply “ you will get items like that its all part of doing business” no really help and no apologies.

I will not be using them again, be careful when using them.

I got ripped off by another vintage clothes wholesaler so was apprehensive when I placed my order with Syed Vintage.
I received 50 vintage designer shirts, 90% of which looked like they were new, the other 10% came up as good as new after being washed.
I will definitely be placing another order with Syed Vintage in the near future.

Ordered from them a few times and had no problems on cheaper orders, however, the minute i placed a more expensive order of North Face Puffer Jackets which were meant to be grade A, i received a lot of stained items which i cannot sell for a profit as they are grade B at best.

I was told by customer service that “The images you have provided have minor stains and some signs of wear and tear which you will find in the used clothing” although the grease stains were all over the items despite being advertised as grade A.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO BE SCAMMED ON HIGHER VALUE ORDERS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO GET A REFUND WHICH YOU SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE !!!

So I ordered with syed vintage wholesale, and to be honest I'm horrified with the level of customer service. I'm a young uni student starting a buisness through the princes trust scheme. I spent most of my money on their products as I felt confident their products were good because the YouTube reviews were great... oh how I was wrong. I ordered 2 bales of unsorted jumpers. Obviously being unsorted you expect some bad stuff. However, I recieved mainly damaged clothing stained with blood, oil, bleach and what looks like faecal matter. The windproof jackets were mediocre at best, all basically old defunct companies work gear. There was a lot of ripped items too. This was a big disappointment but the biggest disappointment was the fact my 10 moncler and canada goose coats haven't even arrived with my stock. That was the most expensive part of my order. I have rang numerous times with no answer. At one point i even think someone answered to just hang up straight away as I continuously phoned . I've had no support through email. I still don't know where the coats are. This is a real issue as my customers were waiting to view them. They too are disappointed. My buisness partner is also very disappointed with the sub par service and quality. Considering I'm looking to grow a company, I will not be purchasing from Syed again. I urge you all to take your money to more deserving businesses. I feel like i have been scammed. There is no way I can turn over any sort of profit with any of these "rags" I recieved. I've thrown better quality goods away before. I would post pictures but theres just way too much bad stuff to photograph. I've spoken to my princes trust mentor and I've been advised to take legal action if syed vintage wholesale dont rectify this issue. It's already caused me great distress.

I normally always order here, but since Syed Vintage opened a wholesale in Germany for European customers shipping is not what it used to be. Delivery takes usually 1 or 2 weeks longer so most of the times I receive my orders after 3 weeks. I also do not receive e-mails about the tracking anymore and if I ask for an update or tracking I don’t get a (solid) answer so I cannot track my orders. Still 3 stars because of the stock, the stock is always great.

I have been ordering from Syed Vintage for around a year and look forward to continue ordering more in the future. I recently had an issue with my last order which took a while to resolve, but it was worth the wait.

Hello ! Just want leave my feedback about team SYED VITNAGE, i do my first order for only 250 GBP and they support me like a VIP client, because when parcel arrived to customs, customs agent ask me new invoice and other documents and i will write to syed for all day and they support me for all my request! And when i get my package i will very happy because stuff is really nice ! i will return for sure with new order ! THANKS SYED VINTAGE!!

Have been ordering from Syed vintage for almost a year now for my small business . Customer service is great and very helpful , Bales are consistent and good quality . Look forward to getting more bales in the future

I have been using Syed for around a year maybe a little over and I really had no issues with their service for a while until they started delaying valuable parts of my orders (once for over 5 weeks) and I eventually tried out the competition

Syed have very good prices but that comes at a cost of quality, almost everything labelled as vintage is absolutely not vintage you'll get a 98-2 mix of modern stuff and genuine old pieces. This is the case with; sweatshirts, jumpers, tshirts, shorts and jackets - I have ordered all of them at different points and the results were always the same.

Although rare pieces are not guaranteed I have found that most other supplies include some gems just as a thank you and to entice you to purchase again, and ensure your experience was a pleasant one, this is not the case here.

Delivery times; I don't know how legally binding the shipping information on their page is but so far in the last 5 orders I have done it has almost never come out to the 5-7 days they estimate. Part of my orders arrive after a week and the more valuable part where I am banking in to make my profit doesn't arrive at all after 5 weeks and I'm forced to exchange it after being led on for the entire duration "it will be next week" "just another week" or the delays are almost unbearable with 4 weeks past the expected delivery, if you make a purchase expecting your items to arrive on time and your business depends on it you just cannot have suppliers like Syed which have started to disappoint and drop in their reliability.

Customer service is good but they bank on you being gullible enough to believe what they say. They will always reply swiftly and you will always reach a solution but that solution will almost never be in your utmost favour, they'll send you replacements, apologise a hundred times without actually reaching a conclusion and they will give you a lot of fairy tale excuses about complications at customs but through the little experiment I have been leading these delays have been going on for about 3 months despite their website showing perfect availability of the stocklist.

I have spoken to a couple other people that have used Syed and this is a sadly recurring theme.

Start with Syed but move on after a while, they have great value items and you might pull in profits but count your blessings, they need a major restructuring and a long course on the value of a customer relationship and potentially a release on the lease of the g wagon and an enrollment into business school.
