Actually gutted to be writing this. I’ve ordered multiple times and had 0 issues and the clothing quality is unreal.
Unfortunately they sent me the wrong order.
They read emails don’t reply
They read social media messages and don’t reply.
I’m currently £45 down for a missing item
£35 for a pair of incorrect shorts and no response.
I’ve raised an issue with my credit card provider and providing regular screenshot evidence that they have read and decided not to reply.
These items were wanted for a festival and wrecked what I needed them for.
Shocked to see the volume of poor reviews for this company to due to having previous good experiences.
Maybe there bigger now and don’t care any longer about there customers or its changed hands.

Pretty certain this is a scam. I placed an order with them and it was apparently dispatched the next day, fast forward 5 days later and Royal Mail still haven’t even received the item. I emailed the company to get an update and haven’t heard back. I then started to look at reviews and wish I had done so before. The company also hasn’t been active on their social media this year so not sure if they are even trading?

Edit - I did actually eventually receive my order. It was late and I never received any kind of response to my email chasing them. The T-shirt is nice but it has put me off slightly from buying from them again.

Ordered a hoodie and recieved tracksuit bottoms. Emailed multiple times and messaged on instagram. No reply what so ever!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a pair of jeans that came and were too small. Returned the jeans and am still waiting for a refund 16 days later. Have had no response to 2 emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrendous customer service.

I ordered some jeans that never arrived. I have emailed multiple times and not a single reply. The tracking number given did not work. I am unsure how I will get my money back. Absolute zero customer service. Please do not order here, save your money and go somewhere else with actual customer service.

I want to return my order and have had no response... This was 11 days ago (Aug-18) and Ihave sent multiple follow ups since then. Syenti please respond.

Ordered 2 of the technical cargo pants a while back and they arrived on time and well packaged. The fit was accurate and very comfortable, much thinner and lightweight compared to others on the market which was perfect for me. The zip pockets are ideal too as I’m always dropping things, just wished they were slightly bigger but it will still be able to fit your phone in.

Had a problem with the zip on a pair of shorts that had been worn once. Emailed but had no reply. Returned nearly 2 weeks ago and still not had a refund or even a response. Do not use, scam of a company!

Ordered wrong size, asked to cancel order and change it, heard nothing back. Had to return the order and have received no refund and no emails after numerous attempts. Scam of a company, they will not last in business long

Ordered two t-shirts and they were too small. Set back for a refund and they got redelivered back to me with no explanation !!!

Ordered some jeans which ripped after 2 wears. Tried to contact them through email and social media but no reply after 2 weeks. Has potential to be a good brand but management letting them down.

Good quality products let down by terrible customer service, sent a pair of shorts back for exchange 2 weeks ago, ignored all 3 emails and no sign of receiving the exchange shorts

Quick to Take Your Money, Slow to Deliver Any Real Service

Very disappointed with this company’s customer service. They were quick to take my money, but when it came to handling a simple return and exchange, the service has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.

I returned two Technical Cargo Shorts on April 23rd and requested an exchange for the same items. Since then, I’ve received no updates, no confirmation of processing, and no idea when—or if—I’ll receive the replacements. Here are the details they’ve had all along:

It’s frustrating how fast they are to process payments, yet completely silent when it comes to customer service. It feels like once they’ve got your money, they stop caring. I’ve had to chase them for any sort of response, and still nothing. I won’t be shopping here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values transparency or accountability.

I ordered and never received my items, I attempted to contact them on multiple occasions and got no response. Avoid this scam at all costs as they will take your money and never deliver what you ordered

I requested a refund following their process and paid for my return but they never reimbursed me nor answered my emails. I even tried to contact them via Instagram.

Bought a pair of jeans, looked really nice but within an hour of wearing they had ripped from crotch to knee, for the last few days ive been trying to get into contact with these guys but the customer service is non existent

After reading the reviews I wasn’t very hopeful. The ordering process and delivery was faultless. Couldn’t have gone smoother. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and the only issue I have is one of them has a slight fraying on the inside of the waistband. Whether that could lead to something worse down the line, only time will tell. Otherwise, perfect experience.

I ordered 2 pair of shorts. Money paid. the company delivered 1 pair of shorts in the incorrect size. No phone number to communicate with. Emailed and was told they would not send the correct order unless I sent back the incorrect order they sent.
they made the error and they are now making demands on how and when I may get the correct order. Customer service is totally unacceptable.

Brilliant quality and great customer service - will be ordering again.
