I have a 65" deck pro in my outdoor space. TV has proven to be pretty resilient and reliable. 2 years in and no issues. Great quality and sound. I even purchased the sound bar, which works great with the TV and my other Bluetooth devices. Great buy, highly recommend!
Terrible Customer service and support
I ordered a 55 inch full sun waterproof tv with a tv trolley. After over 2 weeks the trolley stil is not shipped. I tried multiple emails and calls to the customer support to check what's going on but still have not received an answer... Terrible!

My experience with Ian was most helpful. He was able to take care of my complaint with the up most professionalism.
Poor customer service experience.
Numerous emails to resolve simple service issues have been ignored. Calling into customer service resulted in long waits and multiple being on hold for 15+ minutes to only be hung up on. Still waiting to get issues resolved.

Communication was slow and contradictory
My TV arrived damaged in late May. I didn’t notice until the TV was plugged in and all I saw was streaks. It took several phone calls and e-mails to resolve even though initially in early June I was assured a replacement TV would ship immediately.
Long story short I finally received the replacement TV in early July almost a month after reporting damage.
I am pleased with the final outcome although disappointed on their communication which was slow and contradictory at times. However, I am looking forward to using the TV and being able to write a favorable review on the quality of it.

Lack of support is a deal breaking issue....
We have purchased 4 Sylvox monitors and had accidentally cracked 1 screen. Sylvox quoted us a repair and we sent the unit in, but now we cannot get our repaired monitor sent back and its been around 2 months.
It is very difficult or near impossible to get someone to except our company credit card payment so we can receive our monitor back.
The product and price is good and we would buy many more monitors, but if there is no support we will need to shop elsewhere.

Ordered a 43" Pro Pool TV and it came with a free cover. The TV came even faster than then I planned (which was great), but the cover did not come with it. I sent a note stating that the cover did not come with the TV. They got back to me the next day, stating the cover was sent out separated and I will be getting it. The cover came that afternoon. That was a nice surprise. Plus, so far, the TV is working great.

Sylvox was definitely the best bet if you need a reliable, bright, and clear tv to watch outside or anywhere around the house. Being able to sit outside and enjoy watching tv made sitting out there so much better. I highly recommend buying from them as their customer service is also very helpful and reliable! 10/10!!

I installed a 65" Sylvox on my rooftop deck in Chicago in fall of 2023, and it has performed beautifully since then. I just recently had a remote control fail; once I contacted Sylvox customer service, they walked through some trouble shooting tips with me, and when those failed, immediately offered to send a replacement. I'm now building an outdoor kitchen/pavilion at another house and Spec'd in the very same Sylvox TV for that space. It's very well made and holding up beautifully against midwestern winters. I got this TV for my husband for Father’s Day for our outdoor space and we love it! I ordered it and got it the very next day. Once we got it installed and working, I reached out the Ian at the support team to make sure our warranty was valid (just in case anything would go wrong) and he was fantastic! He got right back to me and let me know I was all set! So far, I highly recommend this company and the service team! Very happy 😊!
