Great service, quality products
Ordered a flip-down TV for my kitchen. Ended up not liking seeing the hinge mechanism so decided to return. Sunny @ support took care of me, stayed in touch and processed the return quickly. I'm buying another Sylvox unit because of the service and quality of the TV.

In reference to the tv, I brought the 43” pool pro 2 series. It’s built like a tank and the picture quality is surprisingly good for being an outdoor tv with at times being hit by direct sunlight. Even the remote is waterproof. The connections are hard to get to, need to unscrew about 12 screws, but the reasoning I get. They are trying to minimize water intrusion. Seems like the tv does. Overall, I made a great choice in choosing this tv and recommend this tv to someone looking for an outdoor tv. Greta value for the price.

43" Waterproof Partial Sun Outdoor TV
I recently purchased the 43" Waterproof Partial Sun Outdoor TV - 2022 Deck Series. Customer service was very responsive which gave me confidence in my purchase. Set up was a breeze. I've been impressed so far by the picture quality. The sound is also good though would likely be enhanced with the sound bar.

My purchase took 28 days to arrive. You probably would think that is worth 5 stars. However, once I brought it to their attention, they began an investigation and within a week sent a replacement that arrived in the scheduled time. Their correspondence was great and timely. They truly seemed to care that I was upset and tried to make things right. I would buy from Sylvox again. Great customer service.

I received the 55 inch TV by Fedex - TV on lanai, picture was great, but my friends noticed three small spots in the picture when white color displayed - put a full white screen on and was able to see spots clearly - reported to Sylvox and immediately received e-mail notice of replacement being sent out - GREAT QUICK service.
Well built TV, great picture
After some initial challenges around delivery, TV was delivered very well packaged. TV is well constructed with a waterproof panel to protect your cables/connections. Picture is very bright and should look good in all but the brightest sunshine. It hasn't yet been exposed to high heat or water, but the construction give me confidence it will hold up well on our patio.

This is my 3rd Sylvox TV as I just upgraded to the 55 inch size for my outdoor pool patio. The picture is bright ,does not get washed out like regular TVs in the sun, and they are waterproof as I leave mine outside uncovered even in the Florida rains. Customer service is great and responds right away. Highly recommended. I would definately recommend getting the soundbar for improved sound quality. I sometimes connect a bluetooth speaker to the soundbar when I am watching TV in my spa to have sound right next to me.

TV Broke, but they fixed it easily
I had the same experience that a lot of others apparently had where after just a couple months the TV stopped working. I had to unplug it, then it would just show a warm up screen and then never get past that.
I sent an email, they requested a video, then sent me a new TV and arranged to have the old TV picked up. It was easy.
Only thing I don't know is if this new one is going to stop working...

Full Sun TV
I ordered a 75" full sun outdoor TV. I had no issues with order or delivery. I hired an electrician to do the installation and that also went smoothly. The TV is working great so far (it has only been about 3 weeks), so I'm enjoying the experience. I didn't realize my order came with a free wall mount, so I also paid $99 for a wall mount. When I told Sylvox about the mix up, they paid for my return shipping label so I could return the extra wall mount for a refund. Yvonne (customer service agent via email) has been helpful, responsive, and generally good to work with. So far so good on my order.
I had a terrible delivery experience…
I had a terrible delivery experience order on Nov 28. They only shipped the cover and TV mount. After 20-30 emails they promised and missed three different delivery dates costing me 3 days of waiting all day. They take days to reply and give vague wrong answer. I finally received the TV and soundbar After giving poor review they now bug me to change it more than they responded to where TV was. I really thought I was scammed out of $2000. Have not opened box yet but I’m not optimistic and dread dealing with their customer service if I have a problem

I ordered an embedded bathroom TV, but when my contractors said it would cost me $3,000 to install it make the frame, Sylvox bailed me out and let me know return the embedded TV really late and purchase a non-embedded TV instead.
And they got back to me on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. THANK YOU SO MUCH Sylvox and Yvonne!!!

Buyer beware
I would give this company a 0 if I could.
I ordered the TV on December 5 & received on December 18. I only received the tv, no power cord, remote control, warranty card, etc.
I contacted customer service via email & was told that the rest would ship out on the December 19. It was shipped on December 23. & I’ll receive January 6.
I also had tried several times to call the support number & got a recording that the phone lines were not working. Finally after 3 days & the 4th call I spoke to someone. I was told that he could not help me it had to be escalated to another department & would be marked high priority. I’m still wait for that call, glad I emailed & got a response.
They had no problem taking my money which was over $1000. Apparently this is no big deal to them, it is to me and it was a Christmas present.
I pray that when I receive the power cord & remote control that all works properly. I can’t imagine jumping through hoops again to get what I thought I paid for.
