Not worth the money

The salesperson who demonstrated the cookware to us said they are the only cookware company that has a Lifetime warranty and the pans were indestructible. Well now 10 years later we have 2 pans that have warped and will not work on our induction cooktop. I reached out to customer service and they said warping occurs from sudden changes in temperature while cooking so I damaged them by heating the cookware first and then dropping in something that was cold or frozen. I am extremely disappointed warping is not covered as what else could happen to them that would be covered as they are stainless steel pans. I would not recommend this product.👎

Excellent customer service!

The probe on my Lifetime electric skillet (over 40 years old) stopped working, so I contacted customer service; I got excellent support and was able to get a new probe after sending photos of the bottom of my skillet in order to get the right one.

I have high praise for all the support that I got through emails. My emails were responded to quickly and thoroughly by Debbie V., and I so appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness. My skillet is now working great. Thank you so much!

Lifetime Warranty? Not So Permanent After All

I purchased a Permanent stainless steel cookware set nearly 40 years ago, drawn to its excellent quality and a lifetime warranty on non-electric parts. While the cookware itself remains in great condition, three of the handles on the lids need replacement. Unfortunately, Synergy Ops, who took over the company, has refused to honor the warranty.

Over the past couple of months, I’ve sent numerous emails, pictures, and made multiple phone calls. Despite my persistence, Synergy Ops has failed to resolve the issue. The process has been unnecessarily difficult, and their customer service has been unhelpful.

A lifetime warranty should mean a lifetime commitment to the customer. Sadly, Synergy Ops has not lived up to this promise.
