Not fit for purpose

This has been going on for months now. Everytime I run the program more duplicates - thousands! - are found; but many many more remain.
Clearly, your software is not able to do what you claim and you have used me now on numerous occasions to provide information on how to improve your failing product.
I am not employed by you or paid by you to act as a developer; why on earth should I spend my time giving you data and information so that you can make your product better for which I benefit in absolutely no way?
You have sold me something that does not work as claimed; as you have admitted!
I will not be providing you with any more information as you should be doing this yourself prior to launching a product on the market.
In my opinion, you should be refunding my software purchase in full.

Duplicate Finder & Remover is too limited

I purchased "SysInfo OneDrive Duplicate Finder & Remover" from this company to clean a large personal family one drive storage reaching its size limitation (about 900gb). The tool does find duplicates directly in the cloud, which is useful. However, the complete lack of search criteria makes it of limited use. In my case it returned returned ≈15,000 results—many of which are legitimate repetitions (e.g., a folder.jpg per album) or irrelevant due to minimal size, or some I may want to live with for any reason (keep that work for later, review the details etc). You cannot restrict the search by size, extension, or keywords. You run the scan and get everything.
Then you must browse many pages of results in a web interface that you cannot sort (size, file type, etc.) to manually select deletions. So you cannot priotise the largest files for instance. In practice, it is of limited use for this type of needs.
Support was very reactive and polite, but that cannot make up for the product’s core shortcomings. I requested a refund, insisted politely, and was told I would not receive one because that's how the tool is and that's what I would get. A future version may improve it. In the meantime I'll find another solution.

The solution for converting pdf to xlsx files

We were looking as a company for a solution to bulk convert single and multi page pdf files to single and multi sheet xlsx files, because non of the software solutions online are working well. The sysinfo tech team came with the perfect software solution to solve this problem. Customer support is lightning fast and friendly and custom requests are possible. Highly recommended if you are facing converting problems.

Product and support was excellent

I had an issue with Hotmail backup tool and the support was great. It had nothing to do with the program at all and the support folks went through everything and explained what the cause was, my anti-virus but they spent at least an hour or 2 and was very patient. The program worked great and the support was amazing.

Covertion of large MBOX file

I needed assitance to convert a MBOX fie to PST and support services was very quickly and accurate by support agent Ranjan Kumar. Greate experience of technical support. In my case, i was wrong doing the procedure, that was the reason the software was failing in convertion.
