Good company until something goes wrong

Good company until something goes wrong. I used this company to host my website for several years and I terminated my contract when I sold the website over a year ago and received email confirmation that details of purchaser had been received. I recently received an email with an invoice for the annual hosting charge taken via Paypal. I emailed them back and tried to cancel the Paypal payment but I was too late. The first response from Sytec was to go to my control panel, which I obviously couldn't do as it was in the name of the present owner (details were on my invoice). I then received email responses from 4 different people giving various excuses and even telling me to contact the current owner. All these responses were polite, until the last one from Teo, which prompted me to leave a review. The tone of his email was dismissive and felt more like a lecture. I then emailed the Director, but his response was vague and did not solve anything.
