The customer service provided by Lauryn Carpenter of Sytner BMW Cardiff was absolutely exemplary, from first phone contact and follow up email to her professional, informative and friendly support with viewing cars at the showroom, test driving, advising us on the cars and their features and options and completing the purchase and the handover of our new BMW. Lauryn personifies the first class professionalism and customer care one would expect of BMW and I would not hesitate to recommend her and her excellent colleagues at BMW Sytner Cardiff to anyone seeking great customer service in buying a great car.

I have no issues with Anne Marie who dealt with me and my wife but the one star review is for the 5 months you had my car waiting for a panoramic roof. It’s not a Bugatti Veyron, it’s a mini and a 5 months wait for parts is rediculuos. The leaking roof was identified during the warranty period but I discovered the part that was replaced was the bit collecting the water and not the cause of the leak. Fancy new dealerships and free coffee do not make up for the failings above. Thank you for the hire car which I returned in the same condition as I received it. Anne Marie told me to return it to Sytner and it was checked over at Sytner. 2 weeks later I get a letter from Enterprise saying 2 small scratches- no further action needed at this stage. I can’t check the hire car because it’s out on hire again- better to advise customers to return car to hire company. My mini was returned in excellent condition- it’s garaged most of the time so can’t say if leaking roof fixed yet- only time will tell. As I said previously - Anne Marie was helpful and I have no issues with her

Mini Cooper Electric Test Drive
I turned up late for my appointment, apologised but it was no trouble to the sales team who had the vehicle charged and ready to go. Detailed overview of the cars functions/controls etc and away to go on an unaccompanied drive for an hour. A quality vehicle. Discussed vehicle options/finance and availability etc with no sales pressure. A very pleasant customer experience at Sytner Mini Cardiff.

Visited Sytner mini Cardiff for a brake fluid service on my wife’s car and the whole process from booking to the visit was easy and seamless . I was well looked after at the dealership by friendly and attentive staff. The service was carried out quicker than expected and at a competitive price. Highly recommended

Dropped my car off on 11th May at 9pm, went into Cardiff come back at 2pm and no one had even looked at it and was told they wouldn’t for the rest of the day, took a day off for basically nothing , had to then leave the car there and get a train home , looked at the car the next day diagnosed the issue (which should have been done the day I brought it down) ordered the parts had the car back on Wednesday afternoon (after waiting 30 mins in reception after being told the car was ready to be picked up)

Car returned early, work completed to a great standard, reception team friendly and helpful.

Bought my two year old vehicle from Sytner Coventry, it only had 37 miles of fuel in the tank when I collected it, regardless of having to travel back to South Wales. I noticed that the bonnet wasn’t level with the bumper when cleaning it a short while later, emailed the sales person who just ignored my enquiry regarding them potentially sorting this, paid up-to-scratch in Caerphilly £100 to correct the fact that the bonnet had not been put back on correctly after work, work which wasn’t disclosed at the time of purchase. I now have an issue with one of the front parking sensors, Sytner Cardiff rang me after I’d booked it in to basically threaten me with a £150 inspection bill if they had to examine the fault, and it then didn’t qualify for the repair under the warranty, I have since cancelled the appointment and subsequently booked to have the said sensor replaced by a local BMW Specialist with a genuine BMW part for £218 all-in.
I’m really disappointed to be honest, I know that thirty odd grand to pay for a vehicle isn’t much to BMW, but it is to me!
My experience with dealing with Mercedes customer service was the absolute antitheses of this from Sytner BMW, certainly not the ultimate buying experience.

The BMW 5 Series I purchased through Luqman and Subhan has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I made my initial enquiry, both were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful—making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

This has to be by far the worst car dealership around had my car less than a week brand new may I add,nothing but problems car went in for 2 day repair 9 weeks later I had it back no explanation all I had was excuse after excuse please avoid nothing but stress as soon as sale was completed garage and managers did not care.Disgusting the way I've been treated.

Following diagnostics my X6 was booked in for a new rocker cover, plan was drop off Monday morning, pick up courtesy car and call back Wednesday to pick the car up. Didn’t quite go to plan as replacement part failed so took until Thursday afternoon for car to be ready. Whilst there was a delay that caused me to rearrange some of my plans Ann-Marie was fantastic with keeping me informed and she would get a 5 ⭐ for her communication and professionalism. Only reason for the 4 star is the delay and the additional cost I incurred due to uncertainty of when the car would be ready. The job is relatively big and required the expertise of a main dealer so grateful it was completed by Sytner.

Excellent service from start to finish. My contacts Michael Ponchard and Rachel Fogg were super attentive and always contactable. I would absolutely recommend Sytner Cardiff to family and friends.

Antonio did a great job of looking after us and sourcing a car which perfectly suited our needs. There were no pushy sales tactics or hard sell approach. Antonio and the team were very helpful and professional throughout. We were delighted with the service received and with our new car.
