Simply the best
I have dealt with Sytner Chigwell for over 10 years on the BMW side and have never received anything less than excellent 5-star service, so my wife wanted to try Sytner Chigwell Mini for her new Cooper S and we were fortunate to be dealt with by Denis Stewart
Denis didn’t sell us a car – he encouraged us to buy. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling, he answered every question fired at him and together with Richard Airey, put together a great deal with which we were very satisfied.
We received regular email updates via the MINI Order Status Programme to help us keep track of the new MINI as it became a reality. “Your car is now in the paint shop” which showed a picture of the body shell going in and below it, what the finished product will look like; “Your new MINI has been fully assembled” - now being given its final checks and tests by the quality control team, followed by “Your brand new MINI Cooper S 5-door Hatch Classic has just left the production plant. We’ll be back in touch once it’s arrived at our MINI Centre” Each email maintained and then built up the eager anticipation
After the car arrived at the dealership, Denis sent us a video – just a couple of minutes of him walking round the car with a commentary but my wife said it made her feel very special as the car had a big red bow on the bonnet. This was followed by a longer more instructional video in lieu of the usual ‘sitting in the car’ handover.
There were some minor hiccups along the way but thanks again to Denis and to Richard Airey for managing our expectations and by the time we had driven off the forecourt, exceeding them.
Superb team effort – would recommend Sytner Mini Chigwell unconditionally

Matthew and John were fantastic throughout the process and kept the updated every week with new information on the progress of my car. The services provided as well as the communication between myself and the Sytner team were of outstanding quality and made the process much easier than previous experiences with other companies. Denis was very helpful and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Kept us informed throughout the process. I was going to have a quick look but his enthusiasm helped us buy the car on the spot.
Due to COVID conditions we had to pick up the car without out any demonstrations etc but hopefully I will find my way.

We dealt with Dennis Stewart right from the outset ! He was honest professional always called you back when he said he would even if he was still waiting on information. He got us the best deal possible and whilst he was1.5 hours away I would not have put my business anywhere else ! Polite funny and just a great guy to deal with ..just what you want ! The only down side he was still on furlough as we collected the car and therefore did not meet Him in person !
