Very easy process to get recall work
Very easy process to get recall work completed on my Land Rover at Sytner Coventry. When I called the dealer the lady who booked the appointment was very pleasant and professional. On the day of the vehicle drop off the reception process was excellent with the explanation of what would happen and timings by a customer service agent. At vehicle collection at the end of the day the same process was repeated. All in all a very pleasant experience from the dealers behalf and I would recommend the way the staff treated me and the excellent customer service.

Outstanding Service
Purchased an Approved Used F-Type from Sytner LR Coventry, it was a distance purchase as I am in Scotland. From the first contact, my buying experience was excellent. The professional, knowledgeable and friendy service provided by Poppy, Ben and Jake was outstanding. Clear communications throughout the experience, in a timely manner.
After a long drive back to Scotland from Coventry, I'm loving the car and cannot recommend Sytner LR Coventry highly enough.

I was very impressed & also satisfied with the Customer Service, I received from Sytner Land Rover Coventry.
My Range Rover Sport was serviced & although it did take 1 day more than was expected to get my car back, everything was explained to me by my Service team advisor Joe, as to why the delay as the job was a bigger job than expected & they did not want to rush the job through.
Joe kept me up to date with developments & I was quite happy once I picked up my car.
I would definately recommend this company to any one else.

Service and politeness of staff excellent.
Charged £196 to diagnose a ‘perished’ tube connecting to the screen wash tank. Told them this was what it was on arrival. Not covered under warranty!
Then couldn’t fix it as didn’t have part. Blamed JLR and still waiting.
Nice coffee though.

Our technicians are required to carry out a full inspection and diagnostic process to accurately identify the root cause of a fault, check for any additional underlying issues, and determine the correct repair procedure. I appreciate it was frustrating to learn that the required part was not immediately available. Unfortunately, parts availability is managed through the manufacturer's supply chain, which can occasionally result in delays beyond our control. That said, I completely understand your disappointment and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the wait. Internal Procedure Review?
The car service itself was fine and my experience overall was ok. However, there is one internal procedure that doesn't work for me and I think you should consider changing. Having the same advisor look after you during your drop off and pick up only works is person is available. When I came to pick up, my advisor kept me waiting for 20 mins (as she was on a call). I had already told her I was short on time when I dropped the car off in the morning and I told the receptionist I was in a hurry too after waiting some minutes. What made it worse was I looking in the service office and there were some colleagues who were free who could have served me. I had to wait for my service agent to finish before she came and served me.
I thought this was poor and could easily have been avoided.
If you are selling a premium offering and this is reflected in the price, the service needs to match.
