Saw a 3 day old BMW on the Leicester…
Saw a 3 day old BMW on the Leicester BMW dealership for sale as a pre reg, paid the £99 holding deposit and was contacted the next day to say that the car was not for sale for around 6 months and will have 1000's of miles, but they have a really nice 75 pate I can have now, I told then NO I want the car I reserved and paid the £99 for. They are also still advertising this despite me paying the holding deposit which they have not refunded. I started complaining to Auto trader and Sytner and guess what? the car is now available but with around 1000 miles but for the same money as the 7 mile one on the website listing, I have not received any compensation or anything else from them to date. I have now reported the garage to trading standards for miss selling and will do all I can to advise others to stay clear of this dealership.

Efficient when finally booked in but took 4 months to organise a starter motor recall. Also didn’t notice one of my tyres was a run flat when it shouldn’t have been.

It’s so easy
It’s so easy. You drive in and there’s someone there to greet you, they explain what they are doing and how long it will take. I waited while my vehicle was serviced with drinks and food available. I was kept up to date throughout my wait and got my vehicle back having been washed and cleaned as well. An all round great experience.

Regarding BMW Test Drive Booking Experience
disappointment with my recent experience booking a BMW test drive through the Sytner website.
I had made an online booking in advance and arrived at the dealership at my scheduled time. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my booked slot had been given to another customer who had arrived without a prior booking, and that the car was already out on a test drive.
This was extremely frustrating, as I had planned ahead and relied on the booking system to secure my appointment. Being told that my confirmed slot was reassigned undermines confidence in both the online system and the dealership’s customer service process.
Overall, I found this experience disappointing and unprofessional.

Very easy check-in as a result of on-line booking and remote access to car diagnostics. Additionally the link to provide ongoing status update was a great way of keeping me up to date.

well organised, meet and greet on arrival went well.
Reason for not giving five stars is after dropping the car off at 8am and requesting the car be ready for 4-30, the car was ready 5-50, this also happened on the last service.
Otherwise all went well.
