As I have driven BMW cars from 1985 onwards to the present day, the product sells itself. It is, however, the people at Sytners that make the difference.
Prior to the recent purchase of the 120 M Sport I had only dealt with two of your sales staff both of whom had given excellent service over the years before moving on to other career opportunities. So having to become acquainted with a new face presented a new challenge. Sharon certainly met the high standards which I have enjoyed from your staff throughout the 2000's and she and all of the people supporting her are a real credit to your company.

Car had MOT
Car had MOT, all fine, kept up to date with details. Grace even looked after my husband’s mobile as he had left it in the car after he had dropped keys in the postbox before 8am. Would be helpful if the staff who were there that early knew where you had to put the keys and if we were told you could do this, didn’t have anything to put on keys for them to know which car it was.

Preferred when you could help yourself to a coffee they put a small scratch on my car driver door waited 3 and a half hours and nobody offered me a drink apart from when arriving and when enquiring if my car was ready was told to take a seat and waited a further 15 minutes then got a text saying car was ready. It had been outside for half an hour by that time.

Great team at Mini Solihull
I had my service and MOT recently and everyone was great from the Mini team. I'm not sure about the BMW personnel. They seemed to be a little dismissive of me when I arrived because I was in a Mini, but thankfully I didn't have to deal with them for too long. The Mini Servicing staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. I spoke with someone from sales too, and they were equally as helpful.

Mini Service - great experience
I have been a Mini customer for a few years and have always had really good service from the team. Grace was my contact she was able to answer questions and gave me honest answers and accurate pricing. Grace has been my contact previously and she always gives a consistently high customer service.

I THOUGH SYTNER BMW SOLIHULL COULDNT GET ANY WORSE....
Well, I used to think Sytner BMW Solihull were bad and couldnt get any worse. WRONG! They have gone from zero to minus for customer service. Their sales and finance team are arrogant, pushy, rude and basically made me, as a long standing BMW customer, feel stupid, uncared for and bamboozled. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I thought Sytner may have improved now they are in their shiny new showroom. But NO!!!! Awful service and I do not ever want to set foot in there again. Be warned. They are crooks and will rip you off at any chance they have.

Replaced front control arms
I recently had my front tension struts replaced and a wheel alignment carried out for my BMW 3 series at Sytner Solihull. The service was excellent from start to finish. Kyle, the service advisor, was professional, friendly, and very helpful, keeping me well informed throughout the process. The work was completed efficiently, and the car now drives perfectly. I have been using Sytner for a long time and always had a friendly and competent experience. I recently had a coolant leak which evolved into multiple issues not immediately obvious.
