Ben in the garage service department very polite and professional. Wrighty in sales great, straight forward and honest to deal with, Lewis in the Mini sales department equally as good, easy to deal with. So overall a very good all round service

Finding a convenient time for a service and MOT was relatively quick and straight-forward. As always, Raj was amazing, and when something went wrong, the manager Nick resolved it in a timely manner and without questioning what had happened.

Whilst the staff at Sytner Stevenage…
Whilst the staff at Sytner Stevenage were nice people, I really am disappointed in the outcome from my visit for an MOT. I was told that my car failed on an indicator lamp unit within the door mirror not working, the part wasn’t in stock so they would need to order it. I was quoted £200 for the repair and a 5 hour wait for the part to arrive, as I couldn’t drive my car with no MOT.
I informed the staff member that my car has MOT protect and I shouldn’t have to pay. I was told that water ingress was the problem and that wasn’t covered by MOT protect. What an absolute joke.
What’s the point in paying for MOT protect if all you’re going to do is wriggle out of it? I didn’t design and manufacture the indicator unit, so how is water ingress my fault? If you are unaware, it rains a lot in the UK and I don’t see this as my fault.
I had to walk around Stevenage for 4 hours, wasn’t offered a courtesy car and all I was offered was £20 off the price of the MOT. Wow thanks, you’ve pulled my pants down on the MOT protect and smacked me on the backside with 20 quid off.
I am just not impressed and will follow this up with BMW directly.

Excellent Service advisor
The service reception staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and I met the Service advisor allocated to my vehicle very promptly. The Service advisor, Oliver, was brilliant and guided me through the plan for my car during service, kept me updated and explained all the results from the health checks on my vehicle clearly and informatively.
This was all completed within the timescale they set out, which is always a bonus when you are waiting onsite - it’s just a shame that the coffee machine was out of order for the whole 90 minutes that I was waiting for my car to be returned to me.

Good service provided.
I was kept well informed of the progress being made repairing my car. It was also good that the engineer spoke to me directly about the problem with my car, especially as it is intermittent and therefore difficult to diagnose.
