Six hour wait to get car serviced!!
Although I can't fault the service itself, the service staff took forever to do it and I was annoyed to have to wait six hours at the dealership. This is much too long to have to wait. Even after the paperwork was processed, I waited over twenty minutes for my car to be cleaned, which I told them not to bother to do as I had waited long enough, but they went ahead and did it anyway. They had an hour to do it after I arrived in the morning because the car wasn't put on the ramp until 11.30, one hour after my appointment time (so they were running late). I did get a quick "sorry about the delay" as I was given my car keys, but it was very insincere. Therefore, I want to say that there was not much consideration given to me for the long wait I had as no one throughout it came to explain the reason for the delay, so I felt they weren't bothered.

Recall work to replace battery modules
Recall work to replace battery modules, but was only told less than 24 hours prior to arrival that battery needed to be at 20% or less even though the work was booked in weeks ahead. As a result had to spend 3 hours driving beforehand to reduce battery charge!

Nil points for menu system
The computer generated menu system to book the appointment was extremely frustrating- hence only 4stars. Once I was in contact with a human all aspects of expectation were met in a very professional and satisfying manner. This was also conveyed to the staff on site at Chester.
