Guys please know that all these fake reviews have been posted recently. I live in Sports City V2 Residence one of Tabeer Development project.
I regret buying this apartment for several reasons. Nothing that the developers promised has been delivered so don't be fooled by fancy reels and photoshoped images. Our building was promised state of art gym, kids playarea, steam, sauna, and what not!
You should come and see the look and size of the gym which basically comprises of 2 treadmills, and exactly 3 more gym equipments compacted in 1 studio size room.
NO PLAY AREA, NO LAWN, TIGHT PARKING, CHINA MADE APPLIANCES, POOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY, LEAKING WALLS, CHINA LIGHT FIXTURES, EVEN CHINA MADE CHEAP QUALITY GLASS.
THE HOUSE HAS ZERO LEVEL OF SOUND INSULATION. That defines level of construction materials used.
They promised compensating us for late handover. They handed over building in such bad shape by more than 1 YEAR DELAY WITH ZERO COMPENSATION.
WHEN U EMAIL THEM, THEY DONT RESPOND EVEN IF YOU ARE IN DEATH BED.
SO GUYS I GENERALLY REFRAIN TO PUT GOOGLE REVIEWS. BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO!

Worst Experience with Tabeer Development Dubai
The only thing Tabeer Development does well is marketing and rendering. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The construction quality is among the worst you can find in Dubai. We received incorrect floor plans and dimensions, and after just one year, we already have mold on the ceiling. The tile installation is poorly done, and the plaster is crumbling.
The staff is dishonest and always resorts to excuses when confronted with issues. What's worse, the security deposits are held back and never refunded. This company is a complete disappointment, and I would strongly advise against working with them.
