Bought a table tennis racket DHS 6004 for more then 90 GB pounds. I thought i got it from England but i got it after one month directly from China.
It weight enourmous 190 grams, so you can not play with it ( I play in a table tennis club).This is a toy racket and not a sport racket.
You can but it for half the price in Ali Express, but do not not buy it anyway, it is garbage.
And do not buy anything from Table Tennis Hub, it is a fake shop.

We ordered a table tennis bat, it arrived but was missing a ball and box very badly damaged. The price we paid was over double what other companies are charging. Our error should have looked into further but wouldn't recommend for that reason.

Takes toooo long to get any product. No answer when you mail them. Stop buying from them

I ordered this T-shirt expecting an official Chinese team shirt, as shown in the photo. What I received is completely different: no branding, no team logos, and generic packaging labeled "SPORT CLASSIC FASHION." The item is clearly not what was advertised and seems to be a cheap imitation. Very disappointed — this feels misleading, especially for the price I paid

The shoes are very narrow, they offer a refund but I have to pay the return shipping cost! I will give the shoes to charity and never use or recommend them to my table tennis clubs.

I agree with other comments re coming from China. I was not aware of this when I ordered. Delivery took far too long.
Package arrived and contents were broken and damaged. The bat was OK, but I think there was supposed to be a ball as well!
I sent email and said I had taken pictures. However I have had no response.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you plan on gifting anything from this site to someone on Christmas, you should probably try to remember to order atleast 6 months in advance!
Placed my order at the beginning of December, it's now the 20th, still not arrived.

No mention of fulfilment from China, a very sneaky website with subpar customer service, and no products held in stock in the UK.

Avoid and use Aliexpress or BangGood, cheaper and faster delivery. This "company" is a joke!

This Company has extremely poor customer service. Although my Paypal account tells me that my order was despatched on the 9th of January it has still not been delivered. I now assume it is coming from China although this was not mentioned in original advertising with a Scarborough address in evidence. Although I have attempted to communicate with this company their silence is deafening. My recommendation would be DO NOT USE. I most certainly will not use them again. I still await delivery of my order.

Horrible service, better to order at Aliexpress.
1) I did not receive what I ordered!! I paid for the set with the logo, I wanted to have my country flag with my surname. I specified that in a comment to the order and duplicated it via email. But I'm sure nobody looks at this. I received the set with a Chinese logo!
2) Horrible service. They were very helpful until I placed my order. After that - completely ignore me! I wrote them via Instagram, email, Facebook, and no answers. I even couldn't believe that I will get something. So, I don't expect that I can somehow exchange/return my order.
