DO NOT ORDER from these theives, it is sports direct. They robbed me off £297 and after a year long battle with the bank to get my money back I still haven't got it and the bank closed the case. I ordered a table tennis table and they only delivered parts of it so I could never assemble the table. The only communication I got back was my bank sending me proof that sports direct delivered an item to me and for that reason the bank agreed they do not have to issue me a refund. They also werent willing to help me by sending out the missing parts or replacing the item.

They simply ignored my emails.

I have an incomplete table tennis table in my house that can never be used because it cannot be put together.

Mike Ashely's sport direct is stealing peoples money using this table tennis pro disguise. Stay away!!

A dreadful experience in what a company can get away within terms of rotten customer service, delay and incompetence. The table took months to arrive with no explanation. No contact was made until a couple of days before. Refused to refund when I demanded my money back because of delay. Arrived with a broken part. Refused to exchange. Said they held no spares. Finally a part arrived out of the blue. Do not use under any circumstance. It is too great a risk.

I ordered a table tennis table & cover from this company on 4th May & have still not received the goods.I was contacted by the courier company who are going to deliver the table & the post code & address Table Tennis Pro put on the package , is 17 miles from my address.The courier will not send the goods to my address even though they have my name,phone number ,email address & order number. without hearing from Table Tennis Pro who are not taking calls.
A complete shambles avoid this company at all cost - I have emailed them numerous times & the various other companies that are owned by Mike Ashley & no one seems to be able to solve this matter

Exactly the same has happened to me. They simply haven't delivered the table tennis table and they don't answer their phone or answer my emails. I just don't know what to do!

I bought a table tennis table from these guys. They said that it would be delivered along with the paddles. The paddles were delivered but not the table tennis table. There is no way to contact them. I have contacted several email addresses with no response and I have also tried to telephone but all the phone numbers are either unobtainable or answer phones. Please could someone contact me. The table cost £319. We now don’t have enough money to get another one from anywhere else as Table Tennis Pro still have our money. We bought so that we had a little bit of a fun activity for our kids whilst we are in lockdown. I understand that things are tricky during this time but every other company we have dealt with have responded to queries or at least managed expectations. We have had nothing from these guys at all. They just took the money and then didn’t follow through with the delivery or even let us know what was happening. Please if anyone reads this from Table Tennis Pro please contact me. I have emailed several times. Order TABL40000064366217. Needless to say this company is owned by Sports Direct which if I had known before I made the purchase I would not have bought it from them.

Goods delivered in good condition on the day after the order was placed. Can't say better than that.

This was a hassle free shopping experience.The item was just what I wanted and delivered within 2 days.The communication was excellent.,as was the postage,very reasonable.I would use this company again.

I ordered the goods via the phone - they came the next day --- exactly as promised.

No response received to emails regarding a concern over an order. Perhaps they are unaware of distance selling rules?
Diappointing lack of customer care to say the least on this occasion.

Very surprised to receive the table tennis bat so quickly, it was exactly as described and great value compared with other suppliers

I bought a table, the whole process was easy. We had a small fault and they replaced the part quickly. I have also broken another part and ordering a replacement was also very quick and easy!

Title says it all, I use Table Tennis Pro to buy my preferred bat and cleaner, and it always arrives in perfect condition and within 48 hours,

I ordered a Dunlop Table Tennis Bat which came with a Free Case and 3 Butterfly balls (3 Star).

The Delivery was quick but what was delievered was not what was order or shown on the Table Tennis Pro Web Site. I recieved 3 Stiga Balls which on the We Site are £1 cheaper than I paid and a totally different bat case.

I probalbly wouldnt have minded the if someone had contacted me about the changes.

Good product (table tennis balls) which arrived very quickly and they were very helpful with a telephone enqury. Would definitely use again.

Ordered table tennis bat and when I got my Oder a different bat was sent with a note saying my one was out of stock.
Spoke to someone on the phone about 3 weeks ago, who said she will refund me but not had anything yet.

Still waiting. Will not be using this supplier again.

Best delivery guys I have ever come across.

Couldn't pay for product via a credit card thru paypal and so had to call and do that way. Minor irritation but otherwise very happy indeed and an ecstatic 15 year old.

You had not got the table tennis bat I ordered in stock so you sent me one that was supposed to be an equivalent although the price was only about 60% of the one ordered so I just could not see that.
I pointed out that you should have notified me of this so that I could make the choice and not you as to whether I wanted a different bat or wait until you had one available.
However once I had pointed this out you did put things right so full marks for taking the trouble to do that.

We bought our Dunlop EVO 3000 last year, and got a great summer's use out of it. We then stored it for the winter, outside, but I hadn't lashed it down properly so it fell and the surface of one half sustained damage. The stars at TableTennisPro arranged for just 1/2 a table-top to be sourced for us, their Grimsby-based crew swung by with it on their way to another delivery and duly installed it, and now we are up and running again.
Very happy withthe product and the service: would recommend it to anyone.
